Humblgret Reviews

I ordered solar crackle lights expecting to get 12 and only 2 came as I ordered 2 boxes. Now after complaining I have got no where and so each single light I have bought has cost be over £12 each, DISGUSTED

Please do not use this company. They are dishonest and misrepresent what they are selling. I have tried to raise a claim through PayPal and they are not helping either. They say because the seller has offered a refund I will only get it if I return the lights (2 lights when it should have been 24). The seller knows that it will cost me too much money to return it to China and therefore they have got what they wanted. Not a lot of point paying through PayPal either if you think they are going to give you protection against scammers

Not even 1star ordered 2 sets and got 2 lights and charged me £21:58 ! How can I get in touch with customer service?

I ordered solar lights, 12, and received only 1 today, plus when I checked my payment details they had taken extra money from my account. 2nd time this has happened I complained and received the difference back.
First order was a window cleaner it didnt work now solar lights, what can I say, ordered 12 1 arrived. They shouldn't be able to get away with this.

I have just received my 2 small lights and paid for 24. Will be reporting to trading standard s. Wish u would of read the reviews as they have done this to many people

Appalled to receive just two solar lights today after paying for and ordering two packs of 12.
I will definitely warn family and friends to stay clear of such a corrupt company

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the solar lights. Ordered a box of twelve and received one. I will be contacting Trading Standards to try to get them closed down. I will also start posting on Facebook, warning others not to use this company. Absolutely disgraceful.

Scam - unless they actually address everyone’s issue!
I too ordered 2x12 sets of crackle solar lights only to be sent 1x2 lights. I have asked for a refund via PayPal.
Just been offered £5 not acceptable as I’d like a refund.

As it says below don't order from this site. I also only received 1 light not 12. I could have bought at least 4 for the same money. BIG SCAM.

As a lot of others have already stated, I waited ages for my order to arrive and get 1 Solar light!!!! Which was not what I ordered or expecting. Icould have got cheaper at the local garden centre. One star is too much for this company.

Sadly, yet another ‘mug’ who ordered 2 sets of 12 garden lights and only 2 lamps arrived. I am totally disgusted to also discover that they have changed the description from sets of 12 lamps to 1 lamp on my confirmation. I saved my order on Google for future reference and it has been altered. I am going to contact their customer services to complain, surely this is in contravention of Trading Standards laws?

Ordered a pack of 12 bulbs and received 1 bulb. Complete con!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! 😡

Another customer that ordered 12 crackle solar lights and received only two. They also over charged me on my debit card. DO NOT order from this site.

Need a zero! Wish I’d read the reviews. I’ve received 2 lights when 2 sets were ordered! Don’t use this site! I suppose I’ve been lucky I’ve received anything!! Dearest single lights ever!! Avoid this company completely.

How can this company still be trading. As many others purchased 2sets of lights one of each colour. Received 2 single white lights. A total scam

This site is a total rip off. Like others on here you buy a box of 12 solar garden lights and receive 1.
I was also overcharged on my credit card purchase and managed to contact their customer service who refunded the overcharged money, strange action for a scam site!! Simply do not purchase anything from Humblegret

1 is too many this company are thieving bast***s
I sent for a box of crackle lights today I received just 1. Please do not order ANYTHING from this sight as they are complete SCAMMERS

Humblgret is a scam, i ordered a box of 12 solar lights after months of waiting i got just 1 light but i had paid for 12, don't use this site , you cannot contact them either.

I bought solar garden lights marketed as 12 pack and unit quantity 12 and when they arrived (eventually) they were just one of the lights shown as in single. Customer service have been no help. This is a SCAM site beware

The shoes are comfort, nice looking and enable me to stay on my feet all day without pain. Love these shoes.
