Said we'd be at the store for 10am when they opened to pick up bikes for a day-rental. Bikes weren't ready and we didn't leave the store till almost 12pm. When we got to our destination, some of the bike parts were loose, or needed to be adjusted and we didn't have the tools to do so. Some basic "let's see how this bike fits you" and assuring that things like the handlebar stem are tightened are both common sense and safety concerns. Thankfully we were able to find a hardware store quickly that had the tools we needed, but we were charged a full day rental for what felt like a 1/2 day of riding. It was a disappointing experience - I'll look for alternatives going forward.

I ordered a product in the online store, but it was not sent and no one contacted me. I tried to contact them using email, whatsapp and instagram, they were reading my messages but did not respond. It took almost a week for them to finally reply and tell me that they do not have the product I ordered.
