Firstly, before I placed my order, I enquired if I would have my products by the end of the month as they were needed for advent calendars. I was told yes, it would be the very end of the month, but I would definitely have them before 1st December. They arrived late on the night of the 2nd. I then had to buy more items to compensate for them not arriving on time. When I made enquiries towards the end of the month, I found the lady quite rude and very unhelpful.

When my order did finally arrive, they were in a badly damaged box that had 2 torn and exposed corners. All items had been thrown into a box and were squashed and stuck together. Items were also missing. This is the second delivery from this supplier that I have received in this condition. On the first occasion I thought the courier might have been responsible, but on this occasion, the items were very badly packed inside the box.

I won’t be purchasing from this supplier again in the near future, which is disappointing because the products themselves have the potential to be very good. Service and aftercare is poor and packaging is terrible.

Was told 2-3 weeks (which is fine). Now onto the 6th week and nothing. Was told to wait ! Not happy and will NEVER buy from again. If you can’t cope with orders - dont take them!
