Urnor som försvann

Köpta en urna till min älskade hund aska. Det hela gick för 458 kronor. Men att det är bara 4 cm hög fanns inte i reklamen. Köpte en ny, såg att denna gång var det tillräckligt stor att bära min älsklings aska (en dvärgpudel) denna gång betalade jag 724 kronor. (Fick inte tillbaka den tidigare summa)
Hela den här hände mellan 15 och 16 april. Idag 8/5 har jag fortfarande inte fått nåt, varken urnorna, pengarna eller en förklaring.
Dem här företag sko sig på sorgen efter en förlorat familjemedlem. Dem borde straffas för detta handlingen.
