This company is a scam. I have tried to return a collar in every possible way, email, phone call, filling the form online but it’s been over a week and nobody comes back to us to process this return. There is no way to contact them.

We are now stranded with a £50 collar and not being able to return it.

Lead arrived in good time. I followed up with an email and question to purchase something else and have had no response.
The leather lead is excellent though.

We met some representatives from your company today at Dogfest Cheshire buying a new collar for our puppy who was previously too small for a dog collar so had a cat collar on instead, service was great at first lady was lovely but as we left the stall in a very crowded area near the entrance (first stall we visited) we're stopped very loudly asking if we were going to pay for that. Obviously confused as we had just bought a collar and the man even detagged so we could put it straight on our dog replacing the previous collar. Rep jesters to my husbands pocket saying it's in your pocket at which point husband pulls out our dogs original collar we just swapped out with there own, now everyone's eyes on us. I wish we had asked for a refund then and there but I was so mortified to be called a thief in such a public setting I just wanted to get out of there.

In future if your reps really think something is stolen maybe they should approach people more privately until they know for sure. This episode completely put a bad taste in our mouths about this company and as someone with bad anxiety it's really put me on edge for the rest of our visit. As to the quality of goods that's TBD.

Realy unimpressed. Quality is really poor and collar lasted less than a month. Honestly. A waste of money. Coming just ignored my emails asking for a refund or repeat collar.

Absolutely appalling service the worst I've ever had anywhere. They are simply uncontactable and phone always goes onto answerphone and emails never responded to. I have a dog coat to return and states to get in touch with them first to return which I did on several occasions with no response. I am left with a £60 dog coat and unable to return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Will never purchase from them again!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Never got my product...!
I've ordered a dog jacket (Monaco Dog Coat) and was told from "Beck" that the jacket will arrive from Germany in 3-4 weeks time. I've decided to wait and paid for the jacket in advance! After waiting over 8 weeks I still didn't get anything delivered. After chasing up and writing emails, I even tried to call 01476 879269 ( after they've heard my name and my issue they hang up!), I called couple times after even from another phone but nobody picked up again.
What kind of service is this? I'll never order from them again.

sent wrong item and advised i would be refunded postage when returned. not been refunded and not responding to emails
