Bought a book from them back in June 2023, only to be told via email the next day that the book they sold me was "re-printing" so they didn't actually have it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and let them put it on back order and wait for my book to arrive. I emailed once every couple of months for updates, and after a year they just stopped responding. They have taken my money and failed to provide the item I paid for in return. I'll be speaking to my bank about my options with this, but I recommend you avoid their online sales.
