Lemon balm tea
Professional service with regard to delivering items. The lemon balm tea is genuine and that alone is enough to make me happy. I actually eat the leaves after I drink the tea.
However there is some dust settling at the bottom of each cup which means the leaves should be cleaned better while still fresh. Overall a nice experience.

We would like to add some context for other readers. The advance payment was sent outside our office hours, and our records show we confirmed it within a few hours of it being received, as soon as our team was back online. WhatsApp, email, and Instagram were not unresponsive during business hours, there was simply a natural gap overnight.
We understand waiting for confirmation on a payment can feel uneasy, especially for a first order, and we always aim to respond as quickly as we can within our working hours.
That said, a review calling the service "pathetic" over a few hours' delay outside office hours feels disproportionate, especially since the product itself met your expectations once it arrived.

I recently ordered the Shilajit + Almonds combo from Hunza Foodways and I’m genuinely impressed! The Shilajit is pure, potent, and dissolves perfectly in warm water with no gritty residue. Green tea aroma and taste is just normal. Not according to expectations. I think simple ginger and mint tea smells and feels better.
