The service was exactly what you would hope. The service beforhand was excellent, helping you every step of the way and making sure everything was ready. The bus itself was great, well on time, clean and competent. Would recommend!
This was our very 1st experience booking a charter bus and Flixbus made it so smooth and effortless! Starting from making the reservation (online), customer service, clear communication at every stage and finally sending us an excellent bus driver (Recep Isle). Everything was just so right about our trip to Koln from Utrecht.
