Unprofessional company with bored employees led by a man-child with a disproportionate ego.
After working with them for two months, I took a 5-day holiday. When I returned, they didn't schedule me for two more days, even though I had contacted them about it before coming back and received no reply. On Friday, I noticed they had scheduled another full week without me and weren't able to give me any more information until Monday. On Monday they claimed there wasn't enough work at the warehouse, even though I know that they recently hired new employees who were now apparently given shifts instead of me.
I spoke to the company's owner, explaining that I rely on this job's salary and can't afford to be out of work for over a week. He condescendingly dismissed my concerns, made fun of me being a temporary worker, refused to find a solution, and asked me to wait without giving a clear timeframe for my return. When I pointed out their mismanagement, he became defensive and started acting super childish, ultimately saying he can't help me with anything and wishing me good luck before hanging up.
I was removed from their system within 2 minutes of our conversation, with no formal termination, but at least they proved that they can handle their job efficiently when they want to.
I was hired for a 3 months full time position and they failed to fulfil their promise covering themselves with a poorly constructed work contract but it is entirely my bad for being too trusting.
Please avoid if you can.
