If I could rate this company in the negative ie. minus 100 stars I would thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing..

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

During the sales process, I was given very clear expectations about the work that would be done on my Google profile and the results I could expect. Unfortunately, those expectations have not been met. After spending over $5,000, I have not seen any measurable return, enquiries, or leads that I can attribute to their services.

When I raised these concerns and asked to cancel, the response was disappointing. The process has been difficult, communication has not been proactive, and billing has continued after notice of my intent to cancel.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensure all deliverables are clearly documented and regularly reviewed. Marketing should be an investment that generates results — that has not been my experience here.

Aiden has been great! We have been using Hurricane digital for just over 2 months and have had fantastic results so far. Our leads, phone calls and online inquiries have quadrupled. We have been bumped up to one of the top 3 trades on google even though our competitors have far more reviews than us. Aiden keeps me up to date multiple times per week and notifies me every time a lead comes through so we don’t miss any. All round fantastic service and results!

I have been with hurricane digital for nearly a year. They have set me up with a great website. I get many enquiries through the website aswell as calls. It's been noticeable big time the amount of new work coming in since all this. I'm run off my feet with work at the moment!

Just like every SEO marketing company. Promise you the world and deliver nothing.
I had a person looking after my SEO at this company who left on maternity leave she sent me an email telling me she was leaving. the new representative from the company didn't bother contacting me to say hi I'm your new marketing manager nice to meet you, none of that I rang up and complained on a Friday he said he would ring me on a Monday he never did I left it till the Friday still didn't cal.l as I said just like every other SEO company offering the world and giving you nothing just taking your money it seems there's more scammers out there than there are people trying to help

When I was on the call with the salesperson, I will be honest, I was very skeptical and almost backed out of my decision of being with Hurricane Digital. However, 6 months have passed and I think this decision to stay has genuinely saved my business, and myself. Going from just me to recently hiring an apprentice and an A Grade, I can’t believe it.

From being randomly cold called, to now growing my team, booked out with jobs, and being able to spend more time in my family. I’m not sure specifically what Hurricane Digital does differently, but i’m happy with whatever they’re doing. I will be with Hurricane Digital until my business ends.

Avoid Hurricane Digital SEO Brisbane – A Costly and Frustrating Experience.

My experience with Hurricane Digital SEO Brisbane has been nothing short of a financial and emotional nightmare. After investing over $12,000 in their SEO services over several years, I received absolutely no improvement in my website rankings. Despite my repeated concerns and complaints, I was continuously told that I was locked into a contract, leaving me with no option but to involve my bank to prevent further charges.
To verify my suspicions, I hired an independent SEO auditor who provided undeniable evidence that no real SEO work had been done. Hurricane Digital had promised high-quality backlinks, but instead, they delivered spammy links that negatively impacted my rankings. Even after years of supposed SEO services, my Domain Authority and Domain Rating remained stagnant at 0.70—clear proof that I was being misled.

When I informed them of my intent to pursue legal action through QCAT for a full refund, they attempted to justify their work by claiming I had only signed up for Google My Business (Google Maps) SEO. At no point was this limitation explained to me, nor was it outlined in my contract. Industry professionals, including my SEO auditor, confirmed that optimizing a Google My Business listing in the way they claimed is unnecessary, as Google provides these listings for free and they do not require SEO. It was shocking to see Hurricane Digital use this as an excuse to avoid refunding my money.

To make matters worse, even after blocking them from withdrawing more funds, I was bombarded with emails demanding payment for ongoing fees. Fortunately, I was able to put a stop to this. I now look forward to presenting my case in court, where I expect the owner or CEO to answer for these deceptive practices.

If you are considering using Hurricane Digital SEO Brisbane, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I hope this review helps others avoid the costly mistake I made by trusting their false promises.
