Very disappointed with the service from Hutch Sri Lanka. The operational process is extremely poor, communication is unprofessional, and instead of resolving issues properly, the staff keep pointing fingers at the customer. Customers should not have to struggle just to get basic support or clear answers. Serious improvements are needed in customer handling and internal coordination.

DO NOT purchase a Hutch Sim card from the stand in Colombo airport!! I purchased 2 x sim cards for LKR2991 each. Supposed to give 125gb of data. Both sims were installed in a few mins... when I got to my resort I was advised to log onto the Hutch app to check all was OK... I logged onto the app only to find we had been given 30gb of data....BEWARE!!!
Terrible customer service. I whatsapped them 4 times, emailed them but no response, even after a week. I still dont know what is wrong with my hutch internet plan. Dont buy hutch
