The sofa itself is very nice and as advertised. But the customer service and delivery time are not on par or as expected. keep in mind you might have to wait over 3/4 months to receive anything from them

I finally got my coffee table set and…

I finally got my coffee table set and am happy with the purchase. The quality is excellent and was easy to assemble. It was delivered packaged well. The only issue with them is that it took really long. Around a month or so and most of the time it was just silence from their side unless you sent an email for an update. The package was also delivered without any prior notification. I was at home by chance when the package was delivered. Nice surprise! So furniture is good but you will have to wait for a long time.

I rode a table

I rode a table, I received it on the right date. But the product was kind of damaged. I tried to call the customer service, I waited more that 30 min to get in line and they hanged out two times, on the third time some other lady answered me.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I received damaged coffee table but didn't answer my email after a week and called them after an hour they respond and told me contact via email. Don't know what to do

Nice table

Once placed the order, I recived an email to select when to delivery. And the product was deliveried as I selected, time slot was also sent to me in advance. The most important, product is good and nice designed!

Slow and unhelpful customer service

I received my order after waiting 3 months, I received the incorrect size legs for the table top, but the table top was also damaged. I reached out to customer services who told me to email their service webshop who will reach out to me, no one has gotten back to me to rectify. I’ve tried filling out the multiple forms of return that exist on the website in various places with either no response or only an auto reply and not much more. I’ve followed up on my email multiple times copying customer services who directed me the first time and no further comms. Highly disappointed as I viewed products in many places and choose Huus after reviewing many good tales here on the company and viewing the products in store before purchasing from their web shop. Very sad that little care is given to communicating with their customers when they make mistakes.

Worst quality, worst customer service

I bought the Kast Britt (a big piece of furniture that weights 100kg). When the kast arrived, the nightmare started. The kast was broken beyond repair. None of the doors closed properly, the wood was cracked in several places, the finishing of the furniture was horrible. Worst quality I have ever seen. Delivering a kast in that condition means there is no quality control at all.
Contacting customer services takes hours. You have to wait on the line at least 45'. After calling 3 times, the only offer they gave me was to pick it 20 days later or a discount of 70 euros. A discount of 70 euros for a broken piece of furniture is ridiculous.
When I protested that having a huge kast in the middle of my living room for 1 month was not acceptable, they just told me: is that or nothing.
Save yourselves the nightmare of this company. Pay a bit more and get a decent furniture with decent customer service.

Quality is not okay

Quality is not okay, I ordered Dressoir one door edge is brokem , I also ordered TV meubel , nuts on wood and bolt holes on frame does not match thats a blunder!

One of the worst place to buy furniture…

One of the worst place to buy furniture from. Delivery was scheduled for week 32, but haven’t received the furniture until today (Week 38). Better avoid at all cost. Won’t even give them a star.

Received an update that the dining table will be delivered on October 15th instead of 1st week of September. Very unprofessional. The irony is that klantenservice will address your grievances after 3-5 working days but they will promptly address the reviews posted publically.
