We have had a very pleasant experience purchasing a kitchen with Lincy at Huysinc. She really put our needs and concerns first and went the extra mile to help us get the kitchen of our dreams. Her technical and design knowledge along with the quality and variety of materials from Huysinc elevated the design and functionality of our kitchen. We can gladly say we have chosen a future-proof kitchen with quality appliances and design.

Stephen was super nice and professional staff. He also made some good recommendations based on our requirements. Very experienced and knowledgeable too.

Advisor looked stress and couldn't provide many quotes based on customer wishes. Very limited, could only provide one. Didn't look acquainted with WOW.

This review only concerns the showroom, design and offer stages. The kitchen has not been built yet, so I can't comment on the quality yet.

Impressive showroon, kind and attentive staff. The help in designing a beautiful kitchen/bathroom is excellent, they really listen to your wishes and ideas.

BUT BEWARE: they will push hard for you to accept an offer and sign it ASAP. You should know that Van Wanrooij does not offer a cooling off period, so once you sign, you are stuck with them (or you have to pay a fine for getting out of the agreement). So don't commit, take your time and make sure you are comfortable with the design and offer.

In my case, there was a strong push to choose kitchen appliances of a certain brand. After coming home and reading some really concerning reviews and comments in forums like Tweakers and Consumentenbond, I tried to retract from the agreement and try again with a different brand.
I was told that that is impossible. We can make changes to another brand, but the costs of course go higher (more than the difference in price for the chosen appliances).

At this point, I had lost all leverage for negotiation by having signed.

So I would definitely still recommend checking them out and getting an offer, but with the warning of only signing an offer after careful reviewing every single detail and negotiating the price for what you want.

It should be common sense, I know, but don't make my mistake of assuming a cooling off period.

My experience with Van Wanrooij was extremely pleasing! I did my bathrooms and living room tiles at the showroom. I was able to select from a very wide range of models of bathrooms, but I also got the option to build it from scratch. There were endless models of tiles and bathroom equipment.

The designer that worked with me was also very professional and had plenty ideas that helped me guide to the best design for my bathrooms.

I also appreciate the fact that I could get creative and make complex tile combinations. Additionally, I immediately got a complete quote with all the costs involved.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with Van Wanrooij and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for profesionalism, quality and variaty!

Super cozy and comfortable place where meets your desires and wishes for your ideal future home styles. The people are extremely polite and friendly and can listen your ideas and offer you the best solutions for them. They have really thousands offers for any kind of style. You feel like home while making plans for your new home.

We have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We purchased a kitchen from them as part of our new house. First, the kitchen was not there as promised during oplevering, since they mixed up the schedule for when our house would be done. It was then delivered about 10 days afterwards, at the end of October. We moved into our house mid December and noticed that the dishwasher cannot open by more than a third of the way, since they built it at an incorrect angle into the cupboard. They did not even check to make sure for such issues when they installed the kitchen. Now it is January 2018, and they keep telling us that they are too busy to come and fix it. We are still not able to use our kitchen properly because of this, and we don't have a date when this will be fixed. Don't fall for the fancy showroom; this company is unprofessional, incapable, and has terrible customer service.
