A few issues but would order again

I had a few issues with order but would ordsr again. I told the rep that one unit would be 20-25' away feom the condenser. Unfortunately he sent me a unit with only 25' of piping which meant it was too shirt because he didn't add the 10' for the vertical drop of the lines. I had to change the location and patch the holes in the wall. The rep should have add the additional 8-10' to the distance. Cust support was great and helpful

Not a trusted company to buy from

Not a trusted company to buy from, Two days ago i ordered 2 compressors that i found online from Hvacdirect.com, since the compressors are about $1500 each i decided to call to hvacdirect.com directly to make sure compressors are available, I called and did the order with hvacdirect.com representative and he collect my credit card over the phone and he inform me that it will take 7 to 10 business days for the compressor to arrive on our store in Florida, two days after i was notified on my credit card account that my charge to hvacdirect.com was chargeback, i called them to find out whats the issue and they representative told me that the order was canceled due to the price change, he told me that this compressor is $2400 each and not $1500 each so the only option for me is to do a new order and pay $4800 for 2 compressors instead $3000 for two of them, i was in shock, we as an hvac contractor already sold to our customer the 2 compressors base on the first quote and now we need to call our customer and tell him that the price have been change and it will take more days for him to get the compressors.
I asked hvacdirect.com representative to honer the price and he told me that he cant do anything and it will ask a manager to call me back in 10 minutes to discus the issue.
Just to mentioned i never got any email from hvacdirect.com to tell me they cancel the order they just cancel it with out to inform us, we could wait 7 days for the compressor and not get it if i wasn't put attention to my credit card transaction and see that they charge it back.
and off course Manager never called.

My new supplier for ever

Everything from order to delivery worked well without any issues I was contacted when I needed to be. HVAC Direct did not have the unit i ordered they contacted me and upgraded me to next size at no charge. I will be using HVAC Direct for every purchase from now on. Thank you HVACD

Damaged in Shipping

package unit was originally shipped through RL. It arrived damaged, half off a pallet and with now packaging. I refused to take it off the truck or even touch it. After calling HVAC Direct about the unit I received an email with the shipping info for the replacement unit. It arrived neatly packaged from a different carrier. Great customer service.

Saved thousands and thousands …

Was very naïve and didn’t understand the wholesale HVAC business was ecstatic to find out I could buy my own unit and save myself thousands and thousands of dollars in replacement cost delivery was a little slow, but I think it was weather related otherwise it was a great buying experience with HVAC direct

Looks like a quality product

Looks like a quality product. It will be a while before it's in operation as the R&R is slow going. CS changed the width size, order change went through and I received the right product for my project. Good Customer Service and follow through. Now contemplating buying the matching AC Coil & Compressor.

Fast service and reasonable prices

Fast service and reasonable prices. The unit I ordered was damaged in shipping, but was determined to be cosmetic. A $50 concession was offered and accepted, but that basically covered my time to get it back to how it should have been. Nothing like a brand new dent in a brand new furnace. Not HVAC direct's fault, it happens. A bit frustrating but the unit works great.

Paid $3700 for a wood burning stove a…

Paid $3700 for a wood burning stove a month ago. Still haven't received it. Reached out to customer service after the estimated shipping day passed, and after a day or two received a response that it's still out of stock with the wholesaler. Still not sure if it will ever come or if we will have to request a refund. So little communication from hvacdirect that we actually started to worry we had been scammed, and that they were not a legitimate business. They also haven’t offered any additional help, discount, refund- anything to make it right.

It was super easy to order and got here…

It was super easy to order and got here very quickly. I will have to say I was disappointed in the shipping company which is no fault of HVACDirect. They didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. They just dropped off the package and left without me signing anything. I don't think this is how that is suppose to be done. The unit is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased! Shipping took about 2 weeks which was…

Shipping took about 2 weeks which was expected with such a big item. No issues, boxed perfectly. Wonderful email communication about shipping, and the most amazing response time I have ever experienced. (Less than 10 minutes for a response when I emailed) would highly recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful

The staff was extremely helpful. There were a few issues with my order. The furnace I ordered wasn't available, so they had to substitute a different one. The original one didn't match the specs of the original one I ordered. When I called them, they were very willing to help correct the issue and found a comparable furnace to the original one I ordered. The second problem happened when they returned the old furnace, they returned the entire order. I called them again and they got the rest of the order to my house in a couple days. The prices were fair and the customer service was awesome. They just need to work on communicating.
