Again. we are sorry to hear that your experience with us hasn't been the best. As i mentioned on the phone, the delivery unfortunately isn't something we can control, as our currier Bring reserves the right to change the package-shop if the one chosen is full.
We agree that there should be given more information about this from Bring, either by email or message, and we have been in dialogue with them about this.
Our way of making the customers aware of this is with the order confirmation email, in which we state that Bring may change package shops, if the chosen one is full.
I hope that our conversation and the compensation given has changed your experience with us a little, and that we will see you return as a customer.

Very Troublesome Service
I recently ordered an important book I needed for my studies to be delivered to me by this service, which is already pretty pricey in comparison to other delivery services.
Not only did I not receive any sort of message on my phone like I would do with other services like this, they also put my package in a town I cannot access without great inconvenience, making me almost consider ordering a new book to save time. No other delivery services have treated me in such a baffling way as a customer and I cannot recommend this service to anyone. I will not use this service again.
Update: Hverdagen.dk personally stepped in since then to help me and make sure my package was handled appropriately. By calling Bring, which is the delivery service used, my package has been delivered succesfully.

I have not received my package because the delivery service dropped it of in a town that I don't have easy access to (out of the town that I requested).
I don't know if I will be able to pick up the package in a timely manner before it gets sent back to seller.
The delivery problem is not the sellers problem.
