The customer service is very good

The customer service is very good. They answer very fast, they are friendly and willing to help you!
The bags have a lager volume than i thought and are easy to clean!
I also love their wallets.

Hvisk Damaged Item Resolution (5 Stars)

Following my first purchase with Hvisk, sadly one of the items had been damaged in transit and it was unusable upon arriving.

I contacted the lovely team at Hvisk and sent a photo of the damaged item to them, I spoke with Josephine who was really understanding and responded quickly (within 1 working day) I was then offered a refund or a replacement, and really appreciated being given a choice on what would be most suitable for me.

Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and I would happily purchase from them in the future following this, it’s a relief to know that if there are any issues with future orders they would be quickly, and kindly resolved!

Canadian discovers Hvisk on Instagram...

I came across Hvisk's products on Instagram and found the colours and textures really fun. It's rare that I find the need to purchase something as far away as Denmark (I live in Canada!). I had an issue placing an order, so I contacted the Hvisk team directly. The ladies who helped me were friendly and as helpful as can be! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My products are on their way to me now and I'm super excited to receive them. Thank you to both of the women who helped make my experience a positive one. :)
