The male drivers and body collectors and preparers of the deceased are so polite and accommodating ~ but unfortunately when the funeral planning goes back to the office it is most appalling. Their policy is so horrible and disturbing, ignoring family members and preventing children attending very important parts of the funeral. I would not recommend.
