I bought 6 hair colours
I bought 6 hair colours, each box of which contains 4 items. Upon opening the outer carton, I saw each and every box open and all the contents loose in the box. The outer carton was far too big and whoever packed it didn't think to cushion the gaps to prevent this. Just a FYI for continuous improvement!!!

We can also see that order #541320, which appears to be your only order with us, was for a nail glue product, not hair colours.
We believe there may have been a mix-up with another company. We would kindly ask you to check your order details and the company you purchased the hair colours from, as this review does not appear to relate to HWS Beauty.

I ordered shampoo
I ordered shampoo, got a good discount and free postage and the delivery arrived promptly and sensibly packaged. I ordered a second time and unfortunately, two of my items were incorrectly selected by me. I contacted the customer service and got the order cancelled immediately and the money refunded. Will use this company again.
