Delivery service appalling. Don’t even order from here as you have to sit in and wait for your parcel. We had people at home each time attempted delivery was made but they seemed unable to knock or use the door bell. Never again!

Terrible service; the parcel was never delivered, the courier sent a photo of a different entrance, not mine. I emailed customer service demanding an immediate refund. No one replied or apologized, but then they did refund the money. Never again!!!
