We started during lockdown as a result of the number of adverts for gaming PCs that simply were not fit for purpose. Our offering appealed to parents who worked or saved hard for their money. A gaming PC should be a very exciting gift for a child and we wanted to make sure that parents got a gaming PC capable of running the games their kids wanted.
From that start we have grown to a team of 7 as of July 2023. Our local community has helped us grow to a point where we ship across the UK and have customers from London to Inverness!

I had issues with my debit card but I was helped every step of the way with kind and knowledgeable staff who resolved the issue .the computer came extremely fast and was usable right out the box definitely a 10/10 business that I'll be recommending to my friends in the future.

Prompt and efficient service.
Very helpful and friendly team. I left a message about my faulty PC. During the call back conversation the fault was identified, the PC was fixed within an hour after I dropped it at their premises.

1st Class service and product!!
I purchased a powerhouse pc from Hybrid Gaming and what a machine it is. 1st class service from Dave and he is always at hand to deal with niggly little problems or issues no matter how big or small. Hybrid Gaming prices are very competitive and you also have great reassurance and peace of mind of a quality product. Highly recommend to anyone looking at getting pc to get from Hybrid 👍

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Hybrid Gaming! From start to finish they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my first gaming PC and the after care is something else! He took the time to remotely log in to my pc and helped get my settings perfect. If you are ever thinking about getting yourself a PC this should be your first and only stop! Thank you again.

Great personal customer service.
They are really passionate about what they do. Went overboard to make sure I was content with what I was paying for.
They are online folks with customer service like that of the local shop around the block.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Accepted fixing my machine no problem (despite it not being one of his builds!). Trouble shoot the problem super quick. Fixed and back to me very quickly with good comunication the whole way through. Will definitely be using in the future.

Custom water loop!
Dave is amazing I cannot recommend him enough, I was hoping for a PC to be build with a custom water loop in the shape of a heart, I knew loads of places that wouldn't be able to do it etc that's when I reached out to Dave. Dave kept me updated throughout the whole process, he gave me 4 different price ranges to choose from as well. He sent me photos while in building process and when parts would turn up, it was brilliant. I seriously cannot recommend Dave enough! He's absolutely fab, The end result was better than what I wanted! 10/10 Dave is the guy to buy from! He goes above and beyond for his customers!
