Still have not received 1 email in any of the communication you talk about. Haven't received any response from you folks other than on here.

Your comment below is a lie. If I could post your emails on here I gladly would. You never specified issues with my payment. You never asked me to contact you in general or ASAP.

I paid for a service and you failed to provide it. And than you lie on here. Reading and comprehension must not be a strong suit. As I was pretty clear in stating to you folks 7 days is all the time you gave my account.o On the 11th day you processed a refund.

Get your facts straight. I'm keeping this 1 star up. Had ya folks not lied or tried to call me out on here ya could have walked away with 2 stars.

Monday the 18th I put $25 in and started an account. Today the 29th a day before I get my computer back I get an email saying you've refunded my money. And apparently come to find out you've closed my account. Ya failed here..

Now a week ago I found out that my govt subsidy cut me short on a months rent. I found out with a pay or vacate notice.

So just in time when I have 7 days left. The service I paid for literally bent me over the table for no reason.

Hell of an awesome job with customer service too by the way. 2 emails and a chat left. ZERO RESPONSES

WORST SERVICE EVER. You earned that 1 star folks. Great job. No need for a retort at this point 3 times ya haven't answered.DONT START NOW..

And to be clear with you folks. I verified my account same day. So you not hearing from me in 3 days is crap. Because ya waited a week to close my account that I verified. And further more no additional emails were sent to me. Other than a welcome, confirmation a receipt and a refund

You sent me a email to confirm. Ya sent one after I confirmed. You than sent a receipt. After that a week later you closed my account and refunded my money in a 7-10 day wait period but took mine in under 16 hours.

Good Job Folks. If you wanted me back to do something you could have communicated with me. I'm as transparent as they come. Your service was an EPIC FAIL. Now I have to wonder if it was worth the $25 I paid in. Thanks for nothing. Feel free to call 24/7/365. This 1 star stays right here.

Update. You are correct that i did receive an email saying that was my payment. The email is entitled receipt. No where does it ask to contact you folks. I just double checked. And furthermore what 10 days? It was 7. You folks sent me an email on day 11 saying you were refunding my money. You had not communicated anything to me during those 7 days. Now was I able to access your webpage to maybe find out more info after I had signed up? No because you removed my screen name from your platform.

If you want to have a debate on this I'm always down. You folks were 💯 wrong. And further more you're lying right now to make me out to look like a liar. Sorry folks doubt check your facts before ya try again. You earned that 1 star.

Awful quality. They never work fast when it’s evening time UTC+0. So it’s not possible to rely on them thinking you can complete your work scheduled for the time after 6pm. I’ve been checking for the last 2 months, and they always slow simply never load the page - any proxies of any location I try to connect. no, it doesn’t worth the money.
