Very good service
Very good service, you have the protocols you want, either HTTPS or SOCKS, is versatile because it has a variety of IP's that has what you need, with enough locations and for different connection times, is easy to understand and the service and support service is great, comes to connect with you taking you to the place you need.

There are better alternatives
The interface is good and clean, however, refreshing sticky sessions many times results in the same IP address. Every time I refresh a session in the United States, I either get the same IP in New York or Chicago with the exact same latitude and longitude. They have no city-level targetting either. The fact that they do not disclose how large their residential proxy pool is proves my point quite well. It might suit people who simply want to remain anonymous, but don't expect to do some web scraping and other complicated stuff. There are better alternatives out there for the same price or lower such as proxy-cheap, packetstream, and IPRoyal.
Update: They banned my IP address from accessing their website which proves how crap this company is.

For the first client raising this so-called "issue", we help him setup his proxies easily. All you have to do is to filter your proxies and you won't face this issue anymore.
Moreover, we must address a few things regarding your review:
IP rotation is based on performance allocation, but you can filter your IPs with dedicated sessions, and each session with use a different IP.
We disclose the IP pool sizes on our website (both on the homepage and the network presentation page). Also, if you'd reach our support via chat app asking for the IP pool, you'd had received the pool size.
Regarding city-targeting, we specify our IP-targeting settings on our website and we never mentioned city-targeting anywhere (we want to be transparent we will never specify features that we can't honor).
We have clients using the services for scraping and they have been successfully doing so for months.
We will be glad to help you so you can use the network in the best way you can.

I wish i knew hydraproxy before spending all that money on fake and expensive Ip providers.
Thanks to hydraproxy i can change my browser ip and surf anonymously without being blocked.
The ip's are fast and the customer service agents are also very nice to customers and very generous.
I suggest everyone to try their service, they have a vast and a big variety of options .. anyone can use hydraproxy .. from low budget to high budget ...
