Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent service from quote to, instal, to invoice. What a great team of people. Quote was quick to be received via WhatsApp same day and was followed up by call from Hydrava to book appointment once I confirmed I would like to go ahead. A msg was sent on the day to advise when the plumber would arrive and availability to track their arrival and a picture of them. Plumber was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a certificate & record of the engineers visit afterwards, which included a picture of the work that was completed via email after the appointment, followed by an invoice which I could click a link and make a payment and there were other options to make payment. I am incredibly impressed of the processed start to finish I wish all companies in all industries worked in the same way. I will definitely be using Hydrava for all plumbing needs in the future - thanks!
