I have been using it for a few months. Cant really tell if there is a difference but I think no harm as research shows hydrogen water is good. Customer service is decent too.

I have only used the Hydrogen4health water for 1 one month. I have noticed no negatives or positives. The water does taste different after it has been processed with the hydrogen. I will continue because I have seen research that claims there are positive outcomes. I have seen no research that claims any negative outcomes. I get a $20 rebate if I give a 5 star review and I give it 5 stars.

I love this hydrogen water bottle! It's very easy to use and I feel good about giving my body extra support by drinking hydrogen infused water. I appreciate that it infuses a therapeutic dose of hydrogen in each cup.

Amazing water bottle, I use it everyday and I been noticing a lot of difference in my body pain, it has decreased tremendously! I wake up every morning full of energy and no pain i love it everyone please get this bottle! Its a must have dont read the negative reviews it works!

My husband and I have been using the H2 bottle for several months. I have some health issues and have noticed a marked improvement in my mobility and pain level. Recently we had an issue with our bottle and Steve worked with us until the problem was solved, always responding to my emails promptly and thoroughly. I am older and ill. Wanting a machine and overwhelmed by it all. I had many questions BEFORE purchase so I reached out and asked to SPEAK to someone. I was REFUSED, even after explaining my needs and it just frustrated me more trying to come up with a question, an email, another question, another email etc. What if I had challenges, which I most likely would, I would have NO one to talk to. I didn't order from them after that. Customer service MATTERS.

I ordered the hydrogen water bottle from this organization because it was supposed to have the highest level of hydrogen production. When I measured the actual production from the bottle, it was about half of what they advertise. When I brought this to their attention, they stopped responding to my emails. I would avoid this company as it’s products are Deceptively advertised.

Hey you are about to get scammed. This dude is left over from someone that was making these for cars. Gorge Wiess has been building them for health for 20 years. Anyways how are you getting scammed. Because hydrogen doesn’t heal you.. I know I have been using this crappy machine for 2 years. PEM Membrane separates the hydrogen and the oxygen then recombines them. This does not make the healing gas called expanded water. Yes using less lye sounds good in theory, but if you remove the healing aspect then what are you doing? Breathing eight hours a day you’re not doing anything your scars are not gonna get reversed. Your stem cells are not gonna jump up to the roof and the easy water that Dr. Pollock talks about is not gonna be affected. You need a real HHO electrolyzer that creates the healing benefits and the structured water. This is just a hydrogen machine. He’s making money off of George Weiss’s research and not telling you, this is a totally different machine that you’re just throwing your money down the door he knows it. He doesn’t care that’s why no one is interviewing him. That’s why there’s no health testimonials with his machine. He’s just doing it for the money and you’re about to lose your 2 grand too. Don’t throw away 2 grand to save $500

Expensive product has broken twice and warranty process is a shambles.
Bought HX900 which costs $2500 and it broke after a few months. Contacted Hydrogen4Health and it took over a month for them to respond. Had to ship it back UPS international shipping. It was fixed and returned but since there was no communication or shipping details provided to track it or to even know it had been sent back, coupled with them not providing the right customs information it then took over a month for me to get it cleared from customs and incurred customs costs that I shouldn’t have been needed. I still do not know what was wrong or what was fixed as we were told nothing. So more time spent getting it repaired than I had actually used it at that point.
It has since had a couple of months use (as I was travelling for over 2 months so it was not used) and it has broken again. This time a different problem. It has been 6 weeks since trying to get it repaired or replaced and the owner is avoiding contact.
Initial contact in February. Requested video of the problem. A video of the machine not working was sent.
2 weeks of silence. Chase by email, responds with “will look at video later as busy.”
2 weeks of silence, chase by email, responds with "will ship something later today” (no detail of what the something is).
2 weeks of silence, chase by email. responds with "what is the problem?" Clearly doesn't know what is going on even though it is a single email thread with all correspondence still in it. Explain problem again and direct him to read the email thread. Get an auto response that the shop is closed for a week.
It has literally been broken for longer than it has been used.
