Although, I am yet to use this product. I am giving this company a 4 star only because one of the two items arrived broken. They responded quickly once I notified them and they immediately sent me a replacement.

I really enjoyed my hydro water bottle. I purchased the sipping lid and sling for the Hydroh bottle as well! The water was refreshing, I truly noticed a difference! I accidentally shattered my bottle when I dropped it while it was in the sling that was fitted for it! The bottle shattered on our bathroom tile flooring. I reached out to the company and told them what had happened and they sent an immediate replacement for me! I was beyond excited, WOW what a great company!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

The product is great,the health benefits are substantial. The people behind the company are great with communication! We love our hydroh bottles.

I've been using my Hydroh bottle for six months. Overall feel better! Their customer service department is also outstanding,as I broke the glass of my unit and they offered a free replacement!

I was very pleased with the Hydro bottle and they even replaced my bottle after I made the mistake of removing the wrong rubber flap.. just excellent customer service 5 star 🌟

I ordered the Hydroh bottle because my Dad loved his and said the hydrogenated water makes him feel much better. I ordered two; one for me and one as a Christmas gift for my partner. One was fine, but the other was defective. I contacted customer service and had a great interaction with Amelia. She got me a replacement bottle to my door in less than 10 days. The new one works great and I have no complaints!

I placed my order on 1.20.2026 and I have yet to receive it. The website says 1-3 days and it is well over that time. The telephone number listed for them only has a message advising to email them with no option for a representative.

I love this water bottle. I’m almost 9 months pregnant and i have no swelling in my feet yet. This water bottle is supposed to help with that and so far it’s great. I also had to contact customer support in regards to my lid and the helped me and fixed the issue immediately. Great customer service with their product

I drink more water now having my hydro bottle gives you the incentive to drink more water can't wait till I receive my replace hydro bottle and they were good about the response when you ask for help

My husband and I has been using Hydroh bottle for almost a year and we are so amazed and impressed on how effective this product is. My husband now can play basketball because there is no longer knee pain and I stopped my Physical therapy on my right shoulder from
using this hydroh bottle. Joint Inflammation was gone.Highly recommended!

I gotta give it to these guys at Hydroh and big up Amelia for outstanding customer service. I've felt so much better in myself drinking from this bottle. It has a canny way of making you drink more water without it overwhelming you. I had a problem with my bottle, sent them a video and now I have a replacement on the way. There was no to and fro or messy correspondence. Impeccable customer service without having to actually speak to someone. Amazing!!!!!!!

I contacted hydro bottle customer service this morning told him what happened with my product and they agreed by the end of the working day, they sent me a email saying they would give me a replacement part. This is awesome if this comes true. I will let you know and I will give another review. I love the product very well made and I've been feeling better because of the product. I would like to give my sincere appreciation to customer support for replacing my Hydros bottle after breaking the glass portion of the Hydroh. Not to many companies will go that extra mile for the consumer. I am deeply pleased with the service I received, if you’re looking for a great product HYDROH! is that product.

Besides the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water, the Hydroh Bottle really helps me drink water. I contracted customer service on occasions and the experiences I had were wonderful. The customer service team definitely goes out of the way to make things right and values their customers.
