Upon receiving it, it did not work. I have been trying to get a hold of the company and they will not respond. I guess I’m out 89 bucks never again.

Tested both brand new hydro health bottles push the button it rises to 520PPB let the water sit for 3 min and drops down to 40PPB I own H2 water bottle it’s stays at 1200PPB

I ordered 2 water bottles back in February. I should have double checked the delivery address better (my mistake) as it had my current street address but wrong city (strange). That being said, I sent an email stating that the post office sent the order back and asked that it be sent to the correct address (I then gave them the correct address). It is now middle of May, I’ve sent SEVERAL emails. I’ve received emails in return; 3 of which were illegible with over lapping text, 1 was never responded to, and 2 of them promised the bottles were on their way. However they would not give me an updated tracking number and I still have not received my order. At this point, I don’t even want the bottles and I’m requesting a full refund. Just ridiculous

DO NOT BUY! Just another scam! I tested water before and after and no change! Just another gimmick! They promise FULL REFUND! They refuse to refund and I filed claim with PayPal! Then they lie to PayPal even though I submitted screen shots of their FULL REFUND policy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
