Ben did a great job as usual...he is always the first person we contact if any heating jobs large or small are required.
Had an issue with a radiator not warming up and Ben quickly found ,and fixed, the problem after removing carpet and floorboards and locating a blocked pipe. Ben did the fix and replaced everything perfectly

I left Ben a fairly urgent message which he responded to even though he was on leave and he offered me some advice which I was extremely grateful for. We booked an appointment and I was so happy with his work and advice given about my boiler. A genuinely good guy, very efficient and tidy. As a female it's nice to know I feel safe with him and not being taken advantage of. 100% recommendation for him.

Following receipt of the quote we were given a detailed explanation of what work was required. Technical advice about the type of radiators prove extremely useful in sourcing two lovely vertical radiators.
We agreed fitting date and receive confirmation a few days before that was still on schedule.

Hydro Heat attended promptly on the day of the installation and fitted to vertical radiators and some other work to the boiler in a neat and tidy fashion. We are delighted with the finish result and with the service provided by Ben and the HydroHeat. Very professional and trustworthy and will certainly use again in The future. Thoroughly recommend this company to family and friends.

Ben was really helpful during his visit. Although we initially booked the standard service of £90, we also brought up the noise our boiler is making, so he offered to stay extra, fully strip down the boiler and clean it. Useful advice was given as well in regards to thermostat changes we have been thinking for a while to do, so we will def reach back to him and the company when we decide to make the change. I think its great to have this service availble they will also provode a reminder when your service is due.

Ben fitted a magnetic filter and limescale reducer to my boiler and did a top job. Hydroheat always tells you exactly what they'll do and what to expect before they complete any job and they'll also set out the price up front. Ben is professional, polite and knowledgeable and always carries out the work efficiently and tidies everything up beautifully at the end of the job.
