There’s some problem with the boiler switch in the place I rent. Property agency arrange Hydro Heat for me.

Ben done a brilliant job - he always arrives on time, find out the problem professionally and make plans rationally. He finished his job very efficiently. Also he put on mask and shoes cover whenever he went into our house. Thanks Ben for keep us safe. Furthermore, Ben tried to keep our place clean as much as possible so we didn’t need much clean up after his work. Very much appreciated it.

Couldn’t fault the experience with Hydroheat! Initially, I just wanted a thermostat put in but my boiler was that old I couldn’t have this. In the end I decided to have a brand new one. Ben advised of the best boiler with 10 year warranty and didn’t charge me for a wasted journey as he couldn’t fit the thermostat initially.
Ben was friendly and explained everything really well.
My new boiler and thermostat is fitted and working perfect :)
Ben also activated the warranty for me so I didn’t have to do anything which was great.

Great service. We had to cancel our initial appointment due to covid but the team at hydroheat re-booked us super quickly for a time that suited us. Great communication throughout, including letting us know when Ben was 5 minutes away. Fast and efficient and would definitely use again! :)

Good professional service, kept well informed via text and phonecalls pre visit, and work undertaken was efficiently carried out.

Ben was great, knowledgeable and happy to pass on some useful tips regarding my boiler setup.
Work done was a Nest Thermostat install, it was installed very neatly, exactly where I'd requested it. Will recommend and be using them in future when I eventually upgrade to a combi boiler.

Firstly,it was refreshing to talk to someone on a land line. Sian,who I initially spoke to was so friendly, engaging and took her time in listening to my boiler issues. She sent through the details of my job via email,it was incredibley well presented and accurately detailed. Sian sent me timely reminders and kept me updated regarding COVID guidelines.
Ben came out today to do a full service on my boiler. Ben kept me informed via text and was early as he had finished his previous job sooner,which was good by me. Ben was clean and tidy,he wore coverings over his shoes. Ben is knowledgeable regarding current COVID guidelines,he kept his mask on all the way through. It's clear to see he's hard working and takes pride in doing a sterling job for his customers. Most importantly,my boiler is working noticeably quieter and a nice even sound to it. I can only but compare to previous services by other engineers,as 'mickey mouse'. Sian and Ben have taken customer service to another level and will be a hard act to follow. It's knowing that a good job has been done,gives me peace of mind. I'll definitely be turning to HydroHeat for all my future boiler needs.
I highly recommend you look them up,you'll be pleasantly surprised from the moment you talk to them.

Saturday morning my smart thermostat stopped working and I was without heating. I phoned Hydroheat on the Monday and Ben came out after his days work was done and diagnosed heat control faulty. He restored the heating and contacted thermostat company. I contacted Hydroheat when replacement arrived and again despite a full diary Ben came out between jobs and fitted replacement. Amazing service from Sian in the office and Ben. Highly recommend

Had Hydro heat around today for a small job.
From the initial quote phase to job completion they have been nothing but professional, they were quick and efficient in there communication when booking.

We had a complete replacement of the central heating system including new boiler & radiators supplied & installed today by HydroHeat. Very pleased & impressed with Ben's quality of work & expertise with the end to end task. The job was completed as promised within the set timelines professionally. Lost all pressure in system and there was a leak coming from the boiler. Resolved issue and did a full service in a couple of hours efficiently and with explanations throughout, along with the remedial work undertaken and simply explanations given. All covid precautions were in place throughout. Will definitely use on an ongoing basis. Highly recommend.

Booked in for a boiler service as it had been 4 years since the boiler was fitted. Sian was really helpful in getting the job booked and Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable, diagnosed an issue, and did the job as promised. The post-service report was clear and thorough. Very impressed with the team! The first impression has been excellent.

From initial phone call to final fix less than 3 hours. Call out due to leaking water pipes in bathroom. Kept us informed of actions regularly. Friendly and professional throughout. Would recommend to family and friends

Excellent job. I chose HydroHeat based on the good reviews and fair price, they did not disappoint. The work was quick and efficient (the boiler replacement was completed in just over half the estimated time). Jamie went above and beyond during the quote/job - filming short videos on how to use boiler etc. Will be using again in the future and recommending to friends/family.
