Contacted 3 difference places to book a hot tub. Don’t even bother - just book with Simon and team! Seamless online booking, the team turned up to set it all up, then all was left to enjoy. Great experience from start to finish.

Hydro hot tubs smashed it out the park for my 30th birthday. Another company had to cancel, but hydro hot tubs managed to provide a hot tub last minute, and did so very professionally and we're more than happy to help. They managed everything and everyone really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Great service as the hot tub arrived and was collected at the arranged time despite bad weather and was set up quickly and easily. All very efficient. The hot tub itself was well made and we had a lot of fun sitting under the starry sky, chatting in the bubbles with coloured changing lights. Very enjoyable!

Hired the Maldives for our autistic son's 34th birthday. He absolutely loved the bubbly pool.
Our son suffers from anxiety and normally has trouble sleeping when he comes home to stay with us but thanks to his birthday treat he relaxed and slept really well.
A treat for him and a blessed unbroken night's sleep for his parents - magic!

Hydro Hot Tubs provided excellent customer service and when there was 'leak issue', within 3 hours they were out and replaced immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our hot tub hire. Set up and removal was straightforward and carried out by friendly gentlemen. We hired the Helsinki model and found it really spacious for three of us. It was great to be able to experience a hot tub without the commitment of owning one - we hope to be able to hire another again soon!

Second time using Hydro Hot Tubs. They are such a lovely company. Very accommodating with drop off and pick up times and the hot tub itself was perfect. Will definitely use again!

We hired a hot tub for my husbands birthday, the guys let us know what time it would arrive and delivery and set up was straightforward. The pool was hot within 24 hours. We had a great time, the kids played and we enjoyed drinking fizz in the lovely warm water. We would definitely use Hydro again. I have only given 4 stars as by the end of the hire the water was a little murky, we had cleaned the filter but wonder if slightly stronger chemicals would help although I appreciate some people might not like that and to be fair we did have 5 kids in there so maybe that didn't help! Still totally worth it though and we loved having the tub for 4 sunny days. Thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing experience once again with hydro hot tubs. Perfect service. Wonderful hot tub. Like a holiday at home. Great fun for the kids, and for us as well. 100% recommend. Brilliant value.

Hired the Maldives hot tub for my partners 30th as a special birthday present. Very large good quality tub and really doesn’t look like an inflatable. I would say comfortably seats 4/5 but can sit up to 7 people snuggly.

Found it really easy to book and the delivery and collection of the tub was very quick and easy. One very small problem but the installers came back to us the next day to check on the tub. Great service! Thank you!

This company provided two hot tubs to me this year, ones which they claimed were their premium offering. Once set up, the temperature of the hot tubs did not reach the required 38C (ranging between 24-28C). Despite regular contact with the company and an inability to use the hot tubs, they refused to refund me and even refused to a half refund which I thought was fair given they had to assemble and disassemble. The worst thing about this experience was that the company are liars. They claimed to me that we had used the hot tubs and fabricated evidence to suggest so, when there was absolutely no truth in it and they knew it - just so they didn’t give me any partial refund. Utterly appalled by this company in doing so and a dreadful experience.
