Have contacted the company several times about two returns and have received no reply. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel my credit card. SCAM!!

THis is a scam. They do not respond and I cant cancel. Speaking with my cc compnay next.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I never received my first order which included 3 shipments, despite having paid for it. I tried to contact them through their email customer service on 2 occasions but never received a response. They automatically enrolled me in their subscription and continued to charge me for ongoing orders that I never received. Tried emailing again with no response. I deleted my credit card from. Their website in hopes that will work to stop being billed.

Never sent 1st order FROM APRIL and have charged my card 3 additional times! Total fraud, and you cannot call them or talk to anyone!! Need to change my debit card over this. TOTAL SHAM.

They don’t deserve even the one star I’m required to give. The company automatically checks the “Subscribe” box during checkout, and if you don’t notice it, you’re unknowingly signed up for recurring charges. My husband missed it, and shortly after finally receiving our order, we were charged $63.98 again.

We both contacted the company multiple times by email/message and received no response. Since they refused to cancel the subscription, I had to report the charges as fraud and cancel my card to stop future charges. Today they attempted to charge us another $63.98.

Also, despite the recurring charge, we never received any additional product beyond the original order. We also stopped using the product after learning it was made in China, despite the company giving the impression it was made in the USA. Between the misleading subscription setup, lack of customer service, and unauthorized charges, we no longer trust this company or its products.

Terrible. No response at their service email. Sending unwanted auto ship with no way to cancel. TOTAL SCAM

Never received my products and now looks like I’ll have to get another card so they won’t keep charging me monthly 🤬! I have emailed them quite a few times and no response.

Unresponsive to email. Tracking number invalid. No product received as promise

Scam!!!! They somehow manage to enroll you for monthly charges. I sent 3 emails to cancel as there is no other way and not once have they replied. They keep charging me monthly $63! I have reported it to my bank.

Scam alert! This company took forever to ship. I finally received my first order and I was notified they were shipping another order the same day I received my first order. I emailed customer service not to ship second order and to cancel subscription. The order still processed and my credit card was charged. There is nowhere to cancel subscription on the website. The link does not work.

This company is a complete scam. Once you place an order, they put you on an automatic subscription and retain your credit card information. The order never arrives and then they send you another one that never arrives and charges your credit card again. Within an hour of placing my order, I wrote them two emails requesting cancellation of my initial order which were never answered. I sent them one more request on the Shop app contact form today, which requested my phone number. I foolishly gave them that too. I’m sure I’m going to be getting lots more phishing attempts to my cellphone now.

SCAM! I ordered on 3/14. Never received an email regarding shipping. I went to their site to look up my order and it stated it was returned to the warehouse because it couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address. I checked the address and it is in fact CORRECT. That’s when I noticed it came from China. The website makes it look as if it’s shipped from inside the USA. I will be calling my CC.

Beware!!! This is a SCAM SITE/PRODUCT!!! I disputed it with my bank! Check chat GPT and it will come up that it is a scam company and product! I never got an email confirming my purchase that threw me a red flag and now I disputed it with the bank!

This company is a sham. Tried to return my order and they do not respond to anything. Then I get another order in the mail and they charged my card $63.98 again. Have emailed them several times and no response.Have sent several emails to give me return instructions. No response

My review is almost identical to the ones already on here. I ordered February 2 and got a Chinese package on February 23. That being said it was later shipped from Cleveland Ohio after 21 days! It’s a joke! The customer service was absolutely terrible. They won’t even respond because I wanted to cancel my order. I don’t care how good they think their product is I would never buy from them again. It’s probably not even real if it came from China. I hope people read reviews and save yourself a big headache and a big expense!

Customer service was horrible, ships from China which isn’t indicated on their site and took weeks to arrive. Tried to return it unopened because of that and couldn’t get a response from their “customer service”. There’s also no way to manage the subscription yourself if you sign up for that and you have to rely on them to email you back to cancel it.

This product comes from China but on their website they mention multiple times that it ships free from the US. I tracked my order and was surprised it was an international tracking number. Their response was it's formulated in the USA but made in Asia so that's why it ships from there. However, they make a big effort to say this ships free from the US quite literally in several places on their ordering page. Of course I can't cancel because my order has shipped and it's been moving for a week in China still.

I ordered from this company on 1-18-2026. On 1-23 I received an email stating my product had shipped. The tracking number was not a legitimate tracking number. I emailed but got no response until 1-29 , when I received another email stating that my package had shipped on this day— but wait, the previous email said the same thing. It was not being processed- IT HAD SHIPPED. Again I received an illegitimate tracking number. I then told them I wanted a refund and they ignored my request until today 2-3-2026 where they told me it shipped TODAY and that they could not refund my money. The tracking information is still not legitimate so I have idea where my package is. Sixteen days before even shipping a product is ridiculous.
