First off parcel got lost so it needed replacing which was very quick an efficient. Person was very polite an did what he needed todo at his end then sent out parcel then it came next day.

Didn't bother to send my product out…

Didn't bother to send my product out blamed it on easter holiday sill waiting on my refund to be processed

We generally don't expect much from some of our customers...
But even so...basic thinking process like:
1. Things can go bad with deliveries arround holidays, not our fault as we explained.
2. Not knowing how to open a bank app. Did you expected for us to come and give you in person £40?
3. Having human decency and not lying just so you can feel better about yourself.

But I guess sometimes...we have to deal with people like you.

Poor description of goods cost me more…

Poor description of goods cost me more money! Purchased a pump which stated in its description the flow was adjustable however what it didn’t say was you had purchase a flow controller and parts for this, so more spent elsewhere to be able to adjust the flow! Contacted their customer service and was just told it was adjustable with extra parts, no offer to return item. Good pump not great servy

Poor quality

The pacjage was damaged, after using twice the hcutter shaft loosened and now does not work properly. Ffeels like a waste of money

We sell over 10 each month and I can assure that there is no issue with them normaly.
Also, we offer waranty on them but someone has to contact us and let us know that there are issues before we can do anything.
Please try and contact us and if it's an issue with the product I can assure you that it's going to feel like good customer service not like a waste of money.

I just checked with the courier.
Unfortunatelly your item was damaged in transit so they discarded it.
In cases like these if you contact us we offer our customer 2 options:
1. We can send a replacement
2. We can refund you in full.
