We moved into a house that had a Hydrapool hot tub that they left us. We haven't used it at all in the 6 years we have lived here and was sat on a slope for 18 months whilst we had work done on the house. The condition of the hot tub was not great and was really grimy.
We contacted Take Wellness and from the outset their service has been second to none. Simon popped by to have an initial look and said he didn't see it as a problem to get it back up and running.
The engineer came out and installed the armoured cable cleaned it and filled it. Unfortunately it tripped and we needed a new part. The part was ordered and engineers came back and installed, it still tripped so an electrician came and changed the fuse on the main board, but didn't sort the issue. Steve the engineer came back out to take another look and found it was the pump causing the issue. This was replaced and we now have a working tub.
The engineers/ office staff and Simon have been fantastic, very professional, prompt and reliable. I cannot recommend the company enough.
They have been very helpful with guidance on how to use the tub and chemicals to someone who has never owned a tub before.

Just wanted to write a review to congratulate you on the service we received on purchasing our hot tub with you, from the moment I stepped into the showroom and spoke with Laura to the delivery and installation team the service was first class. The whole experience felt very personal and professional. Laura took the time to answer my numerous questions either via phone on WhatsApp. Access was very tight to garden but they patiently squeezed it through. The time spent showing me the chemical process and the operation of the tub was very thorough and put my mind at ease. Highly recommended using this local company who provide a personal touch.

I visited hydropool Cheltenham which had been arranged for me out of hours
Due to my working hours. I was met by John who went through all the options and talked about the right one for the space and amount of people that would be in it. It took me nearly 4 months to get the patio sorted due to issues beyond my control and the whole time my hottub was sat in hydropool Cheltenham taking up space. They arranged the crane to lift it over the house as this was the only way it would get into my garden and on the day the install was fine within a couple of hours. The install day moved at least 3times due to me not being ready but this didn't phase take wellness

From order to delivery our experience of the quality of service, friendly approach and the manner in which our queries have been dealt with has been really great. We couldn't fault it. Laura from TakeWellness has been there every step and nothing has been too much trouble. It has been a real pleasure purchasing our Hydropool 970 and the sauna which is yet to come, but we are excited to take delivery of that in the next few weeks. The video tour of the sauna we received while on holiday was extremely helpful and meant we could get the order rolling before we even got back home. Amazing service, great people! Thank you!

Superb service quality. Simon and the team have gone above and beyond with the installation of our 14AX swim spa. We had it installed indoors with tricky access over a fence and through a bifold with different floor levels to negotiate. The initial consultation, supply and installation was seamless with good communication along the way. Aftercare delivered by Steve was great too. Friendly, thorough, clear and concise.
This is our second purchase after a hot tub, great fun and good value from Hydropool - fully recommend and a pleasure to deal with.

Very good pre and post sales support on a good quality swimspa. Tricky installation for which we were given advice on how to build/prep the site for an in ground setting. Overall very pleasant, courteous and helpful. They answer the phones and respond to emails very quickly which is not common these days.

Absolute top notch service. It was delivered and installed within 4 days or placing order. Had to take out fence panel and dismantle neighbours side gate to deliver through his garden and over his flower bed. All completed and reinstated without destroying his flowers. Team remained cheerful and efficient despite the most torrential rain!
