Ordered and paid for 3 large bags of perlite on a Friday night and they were waiting for me as the store opened on Saturday. Staff were courteous and effective. If you order on the Web, you won't get an immediate acknowledgement as it takes staff input (in a 1 person store) to process it

Receive my product in a timely fashion everything was there. The order was split up into two boxes, but everything arrived at the same time. It did take some time to get to me but that’s is because of the holidays so that’s is to be expected. All the items that I ordered where exceptionally well priced, other sites with the same product where double and triple priced for the same item making it unattainable. “Hydro worlds” made it obtainable. That’s why I purchased the items from you guys, and I appreciate that, which makes me want to shop here on a more frequent basis. Customer service five stars. This is my first order with them.
My second order with them, there were some complications that we’re out of there control and i understand that, and I am a reasonable person, I emailed them and they responded promptly and gave me full disclosure of what was going on with the order in a professional, courteous manner and offered me a refund or I can wait for the order, they let me know up front with full transparency, I can’t not ask for anything better than that. That’s the best business practice that I’ve seen with an order online, And on top of that they gave me a discount code for my next order which you better believe I will be back to use it, To the person who was helping me you deserve a raise! I’m sure your boss can do for an employee who is showing exceptionally work ethic.

Bogus, Chinese owned company that illegally obtained my email and refuses to unsubscribe it. Continues to send unwanted emails that I have had to block. "No one available" to answer the phone. Order from them at your own peril.
