HYGGEAR Bunion Correcters

I received the product with no instructions on how to use them. I am disappointed in this company. I am stuck with a product I don’t know how to use.

Good service

Good service, a bit slow with delivery. I bought something which didn’t suit me and was given a partial refund and a different appliance. Communication was very good. .

Gratitude!

Well....what can I say, but I am over the moon grateful with the attention that was paid to me, my needs, and my order...I had received an older packaging and reached out to the company and Lucas responded immediately to my question re my order....not only did he offer a refund, he said that I was welcome to keep the product and or give a refund.... I asked if instead of a refund he could send me a tub of the cream that I had actually ordered...the one I saw on the ad on facebook....he not only sent me one tub, but sent me four to compensate me for our misunderstanding....I was so impressed with his kindness, generosity, care and response to me emails. We had a lovely interaction and I am looking forward to receiving my miracle balm! The world needs more of this kind of action. Thank you so much Lucas and Hyggear! I shall let you know how it works!

Great support

Their support was very quick and helpful when I emailed them a question. They were friendly and agreed to a solution that we were both happy with.
I appreciated their attitude. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS HYGGEAR!

I made an error in the check out process. Hyggear sent me an email advising me of the error, and assisting me in ordering the right product. I consider this to be exemplary Customer Service! I have ordered from Hyggear previously and know their products are high quality items that are comfortable and durable for extended wear. Thanks Hyggear!

The product I bought was rubbish the…

The product I bought was rubbish the women in the photo advertising didn’t have a bunion so why do companies use them, contacted the company for a refund 20 emails later still not getting a refund please don’t buy your wasting your money
