The range of colours is great and I thought the fit was great. They don’t last though. The quality is very poor and it feels expensive for the time you can actually wear them.

I Love the Hygge Bands....

This is the 2nd time I have ordered Hygge Bands, last time I bought 3 headbands and one winter headband. The winter band is very well made and is reversible, it works excellent as a snood, just the right thickness without being to tight or bulky, I also use it as a face covering when I am out for a walk and pass other walkers or joggers. I have just ordered 4 more winter bands which have worked out just over £6 per band including postage which I think is a very reasonable price to pay. I love the colours that are available and I'm really looking forward to my next order arriving in the next few days.

I never write bad reviews but ....

I never write bad reviews, but realise this was the time to start. The bands arrived today. Post quick. Totally disappointed in them. Only opened one. Wish I’d read reviews. Definitely not a good quality. A waste of money, whether they cost you £2 or £18! Will be sticking to my faithful scarves and hats from now on!

Too tight for a 60cm head ...... I love the headbands I ordered but…

I love the headbands that I ordered but unfortunately for my head circumference of 60cm they are too tight and give me a headache. I am also wearing glasses. I did read that it was for heads up to.58cm, but took.a chance. So please make sure of your head circumference before ordering. The mens headbands might be wider, but then they dont have the lovely bright colours.

I purchased my hygge band through facebook

I purchased my hygge band through facebook after a recommendation of a friend and i have to say, best hair band out bar none. I use them as i was losing hair and wanted something to keep hair tidy so i can give my hair a break from styling and products. As with a previous reviewer, i am a 12-14. Unlike her, it stays in place, it isnt tight and is so comfortable. It is easy to fold or scrunch up so you dont have lots of material hanging down. I have washed them and they have washed well. Only downside was that the range wasnt extensive due to the chosen ones being sold out and bit pricey but i will buy again. I would 100% reccomend

I love my hygge bands

I love my hygge bands. I have bought 2 lots now so have 8 to choose from on my runs! I have a mix of full buffs and headbands, suitable for all weathers. I usually make a hat with the buff and find it is comfortable on my ears as not too hot with just one layer of material.

GREAT BUY FROM hyggebands>com

Not sure if the people with negative reviews bought from the same site as me which is buy 1 get 3 free wonderful colours great deal I am so pleased and I am not the easiest person to convince but I would definately recommend these after a few practices I have managed to wear them perfectly and also can use as cover whilst the covid is happening I had to stretch a little - left on back of dining room chairs so possibly I have a big head ??? I would buy more from this company and mine came within 4 days good luck

Great bands and service!

Bought four bands on a buy one, get three free offer. My wife is very pleased with them. She likes the snazzy colours and uses them to protect her ears and also keep her hair out of her eyes when it's windy! The bands also make a stylish mask. I was also very impressed with the customer service: When I initially ordered I blundered and ordered 4 of the the same colour - not realising that the offer allowed me to choose different colours. I emailed Sam, who got back to me very quickly saying, no problem, I'll cancel this order and you can reorder. Which I did. So, delighted with the bands and the service.

I accepted better...

I bought these in a buy one get three free offer and after seeing a lot of positive reviews. While delivery was quick and the bands are nice the product itself it a disappointment. Despite website claims they do not slip off your head, they do. The hairband and itself is a long tubular strip of fabric and they are I bit of a faff to put on. For me to get it on, I have to fold the fabric in on itself. The issue that I find the most disappointing is that because they are not hemmed the bands have begun curling inwards on both sides after 2 uses. So when I wear the band there are obvious lines on it and it makes it uncomfortable. Does it work? Sort of, is it worth £24, (even for 4 hair bands)? No. The product is fine, but the for the price point I accept better quality and curling ends on the band mean that it’s unlikely I will wear it again. This is a product I wouldn’t recommending and I wouldn’t buy it again.

High price, low quality

I bought the hygge bands on a buy one, get three free deal. At around £18 for one band their standard cost is extortionate, and I never would have bought at this price. Whilst some of the patterns on the bands are nice enough (and largely sold out), the band itself is just a cut off stretchy piece of fabric, that hasn't even been hemmed, so I'm not sure how the high cost is justified. The bands also come in individual zip lock bags, which just seems like a waste, even if the packaging is biodegradable. On the plus delivery was pretty quick, but this was an extra cost, not included in the already high price of the product. Personally I found the product overhyped and underwhelming, absolutely would not recommend

Pointless item

Pointless item. Nylon springs to mind. I'm a medium size (14) and it was quite tight if I tried to use it as anything other than a neckband. Who wears a nylon band around their neck anyway? Too slippy for a scrunchie. Waste of money. I hope the charity shop appreciates it more than I did, it's going straight there.

Glad I’ve not been able to buy

Glad I’m able to read the previous review before (trying to) purchase. These are advertised very regularly on Facebook, despite being out of stock for weeks and weeks. When questioned, the response is ‘more stock coming in next week’.
I have given the one star view not for the item itself but for the terrible customer service.

Such a Disappointment, No Customer Service, Cheap Materials

If I could leave this company '0' Stars, I would...

I was excited to find Hygge Bands which I found advertised through my social media. I quickly went onto their website, and browsed, picking out some of my favourite designs. I was interested to see they had a 'Buy 1, get 3 Free Bands Free' Deal.

Unfortunately many of the bands I liked were out of stock - fair enough, after we have all just gone through the Covid-19 lockdown I know many supply chains have been affected. So I sent a message asking them when they were likely to get the designs back in stock.

After waiting now over 2 weeks (!) I have had no response, and I don't expect to get one.

My excitement for finding this brand quickly went, and left me feeling disgruntled. I rarely rank a company badly, but there really is no excuse for completely non-existent customer service. I notice they also don't have a customer service number on their website, just an email address which I guess you won't receive a response to either?

After looking closely at the materials for their bands, I saw they were all made from Polyester Microfibre, so essentially made from plastic! I'm disapointed that they haven't considered more eco-friendly or sustainable materials, and considering they seem to always have the offer of ''Buy 1, get 3 Free Bands Free' going on, with most being around the price point of £18+ I can only assume they are cheaply made, from poor quality materials. I would have enquired with them further about this, but again, I doubt I would get a response.

I've since found other brands that produce these bands using eco-friendly and sustainable materials, and to be honest I'll be spending my money with them for the quality, and customer service that actually exists.
