Nice picture, absolutely terrible install and video install

Received my extra large pictures after paying over $450.00 to find out that there is no help with mounting you have to measure the back and hope and pray that you can align the picture on the wall mounts there are no directions the video does not help unless you have a skateboard with 1 mount and for the extra large picture you get 4 cheap plastic mounts that have to go on perfect or it doesn’t fit. Very disappointed with instal on the amount of money spent!

company scamming people out of items…

company scamming people out of items they return. i sent them an item back in the exact condition they gave it to me in and they didn't say anything and just burned me for over $130 and kept the item without giving me any money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

As with all return policies in the world, ours also includes that any returned product needs to arrive back to us in original condition and packaging. This is clearly not the case with your Surfboard - it arrived scratched at two different points, and without any original packaging.

Regardless how small the damage, we cannot send out or sell this item again in this condition. Our customers usually let us know of the tiniest marks on their products when they receive it, rightfully so, and we always refund/compensate them in line with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

All this information is clearly communicated in our Terms and Conditions, which you've accepted before purchasing. Hardly a scam!

This is my second order however I have…

This is my second order however I have never been unable to redeem the 20% and I am ready to make a third order I’ve tried contacting by email but no luck…
And the 20% code never seems to work which is unfortunate I’d probably buy more product
Don’t give me wrong they’re incredibly great pieces of artwork…

Waiting for customer service to get…

Waiting for customer service to get back to me on a defective wall mounting piece/quality of the skateboard I bought. The board fell off the adhesive, and left part of the paint/film of the artwork on the wall. :-( I emailed and a week later I have not heard back.

Update: heard back and replacing my board plus making up for the delay. Once received, I’ll give them a 5 star.

Great Service

I have now ordered two boards and four prints from Hylus. One of the prints had faulty adhesives and fell of my wall. I contacted Hylus and they offered me a replacement hassle free. Great service and a great looking product.

I placed my order on May 12 and it was…

My shipment from Hylus was a bit delayed to COVID slowdowns, but when I received my product the support team reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience, and was very helpful.

The product is better than I expected and they were really easy to install on my walls. Extremely happy with the results. I will be getting more products from Hylus in the near future!

Skateboard damage now resolved. Product looks great!

I ordered 6 skateboards. 1 came chipped and another With a missing dot on the black part of the paint so you can see through to the wall. I sent a damage request and did not hear back so sent an email to the info@Hylus address and they got back to me. It took a little time but I have now received my replacement product. The skateboards look great in our family room!
