I’ve had a fantastic experience shopping at Hyped.sg. They carry a wide range of streetwear, sneakers, and collectibles that are always trendy and authentic. The website is easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth. Shipping was fast, and my order arrived well-packaged in perfect condition.

Ordered multiple blind boxes and received within a week! Got a secret edition as well! Lucky! Items were well packed and in good condition too

Actually if I could give no star, that would be best. Ordered a Labubu and then

1) received it in red plastic bags like those you get from the market with no dispatch / mailing label.

2) Most importantly, there were so many obvious signs the box seals were opened a few times before - it had fingerprints & dirt & were curled up at the edges, despite being told earlier by their live agent, it would arrive in original PopMart sealed condition.

3) The inside of the box had obvious signs of haphazardness, not the finesse PopMart is known for in its packaging.

4) Wrote them immediately & Hyped claimed it was checked and sent to me sealed and from their office/ warehouse. They wouldn’t do anything for service recovery cos they claimed I had opened the seal - even when i produced photo evidence it was prior opened before I got them. They won’t entertain a return or exchange cos they said I opened the box.

5) The final red flag that was the root of my concerns - my order was picked up / delivered from a residential HDB address which the delivery man showed me on his phone (alarm bells rang in my head given the condition of what I received vs. what they later claim they sent ! Was my box switched along the way? Is it preloved and not new as claimed? Is Hyped a home business?

BUT to the end, Hyped insists it came from their warehouse/ office.

6) On my insistence during our email exchange, they conceded that the seals might have become dirty during their handling but despite taking lengths to assure me of the quality & authenticity of what they sent me, they gave excuses not to replace my box with one that’s properly sealed, claiming I had opened it first. Lip service first class :)

Lesson learnt - think many times before you buy from Hyped.. like other reviews, it’s HYPE and lots of fluff and polish. And your $ is better spent elsewhere including honest sellers & sound buyer protection protocols on Carousell

Fraudulent Site, Made an order on January and up until today the status of the order is still "confirmed".

It's a fraudulent site. I bought a labubu, but they don't send the package. I'm going to report it to the Singaporean authorities

Customer service non existent, store not even in directory, something seems off…

Don't buy from here! I ordered Pokemon cards yesterday and paid for the order. Today I received an email saying I still have to pay €1900. Apparently they don't allow cancellations so I've contacted the Consumer Agency about buyer protection.

Its does not sell authentic apparel for sure. Reported a defective Essentials tee, the letters were not aligned. Firstly, it took 12 days to arrive after order (policy for return is 2 weeks after order). Secondly, wrote 3 emails to request for return and refund process, no replies at all after 2 weeks. Zero customer service. The fact that customer service is not responsive when it comes to returns and refunds say alot about the authenticity of their products. Be aware.

Purchased a set of Pop Mart Have a Seat Labubu and it arrived in 7 days from Singapore to New Zealand. That’s amazing speed the week of Christmas!

Received my items on 5th Dec. So I guess based on the average reviews here.. Will probably get the item around 1 month.

Bought a labubu on 1st Nov till now , not delivered and no response. It was meant to be a birthday present for a friend on 14th November but was really sad it didn't come as promised.
Sent a couple of emails, message via WhatsApp and even DM through their social media.. all went silent..
Should have read the reviews here before buying..
The company should stop operating if they are not able to commit and also have zero customer service.
Will report to the authorities.

I made two purchases with them and the first purchase came and I was happy. The second purchase only has the pumpkin Labubu which was delivered but the second set of V2 Labubu did not arrived. There was no response via whatapps and email. I was so disappointed and realised I should have read the reviews here before purchasing from them. I have to make peace with myself that the amount of S$289.90 is gone.

Bought the Labubu box set on 7 Nov, received on 9 Nov. Very fast the delivery. At first I was worry it's fake labubu, but it's authentic. My daughter is very happy

Brought popmart figures from hyped. And got delivered within few days. QR code can be scanned, fast replies from the CS team to change the address as I entered the wrong address as well. Labubu is packed well with no damaged, price is one of the cheapest in local. Many rare labubu available in stores too

Same as others have said. Confirmed an order then silence. No response to multiple emails, tried the WhatsApp but it’s a bot, left more messages - nothing. This site is most likely a scam site. It’s amazing they have got away with this in such a public way. Have to accept they have my money and there’s nothing I can do except report to authorities.

I did a search before making a purchase and found this site marked as legit. It didn't occur to me to check trustpilot before the purchase.
The prices looked very attractive so it was easy to get tempted. Once you placed your order, there is no amendment or cancellation allowed.
There is no response on their web chat, whatsapp, IG chat, email.
I have made a police report, so if you are reading this and still considering if you should get that very attractively priced item on this site, please don't. You will be wasting more money than saving in the end.
Update 10 October: I finally received the Represent T-shirt and the packaging looks legit BUT the wordings on the tee is absolute rubbish. The font is completely off and it looks like something from Alibaba. So I tried for the last time to send a message on the chatbot found their site, and guess what? No response! And even better, they turned off that function after that.
I'm so tired of chasing after them. I give up.

I purchased FOG S22 tee here in this shop thru Grabpaylater. I received an email that my order was confirmed. After waiting for 2 weeks and my order haven't arrive, i decided to contact them but still no response, so I tried to ask GRAB to help me to contact the shop and Hyped, replied to them that they will check my order. After a week, my order arrived, but to my surprise I received a FAKE HOODIE, not the TEE i ordered. I started to contact them again just to ask for return and refund but didn't reply. Beware of this shop!!

Scammers. Do not trust this website. Do not buy anything from them unless you don’t care abt loosing money. They refused to refund for the product with faulty, delayed the shipping for two months. The product quality is bad, and they just refused to refund with no valid reason. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. And guess what, they just shut you down. This kinda of company doesn’t deserve to do the business.

Completely Scammer not sure why the store is even in SHOPBACK App. I have purchased a FOG Tee on 26/01/2024. After making the payment i have receive an order Confirmation to my email.

However It has already been a Month and my order has not been sent out. I have tried email and whatsapp to the Shop (91389601) which given in their Store website. All i get back was a automated bot chat reply that they will get back to me within 1-3 working day. which no one get back to me. I have tried sending another text on 13/02/24 however there is no respond this time round (whatsapp info indicate that my message was read)

To anyone planning to buy anything from this STORE please avoid at all cost. ( i spend $119 on 26/01/24 all i get was a confirmation email) what a damn expensive email.

This Store is completely Scammer.

I bought fog essentials and carhartt from them. The item took WAY too long to deliver. Texted their customer service and claims item is on the way. I received it nearly 3 weeks later. They probably do not carry stocks in hand and their item did not state that it is a preorder item. Worse still, their fog essentials is fake as one of their letter has rough patching. When I texted the customer service about this, they completely block me off and ignore.

I should have known that this company is a red flag as you cant leave google reviews. Unethical business, please avoid at all cost!
