Really wonderful customer service

Really wonderful customer service. I sent a message on the chat line and a real person answered me by email within 15 minutes. JV stayed with me all the way and we are working to resolve my issue. I love hyppedit and always found john Gold to have a wonderful warm vibe. You guys are helping me build my streams. Yay

I'm giving 4 stars just because it was…

I'm giving 4 stars just because it was quite a process for me to get my campaign running (I found the pixel process confusing) HOWEVER.. I had really great support by a rep named Jay. He was patient and thorough even when I was losing patience. My ad is running now and I'm seeing some results. Fingers crossed it will continue to support my music. Thank you!

Thanks to J.V

Thanks to J.V. from the Hypeddit team, I was able to resolve my technical issues in my Hypeddit account.
Now my account in Hypeddit is fully functional and I’m already seeing very positive responses on distributing my music worldwide.
Tied in with Spotify, Deezer and other Social Media platforms, John Gold’s method of delivering music to reach millions of streams is by far the best in the Music industry and I would recommend this platform to any and all music creators, singer songwriters, producers or music publishers anywhere in the world.

I'd completely avoid this company

I've made contact with them and they've said that I was refunded on 28/12/25 but as of yet there's absolutely nothing returned to my account and no reply from customer services when queried on this.

I'd completely avoid this company. Wanted to try a month of the service so signed up for basic. Then realised you can't access any meaningful services unless you go for pro. I then discovered that a yearly payment had been taken despite me only selecting a month. Their customer services are now giving a postmaster failed delivery notice when I try to reply.

I've just canceled the recurring payment for next year via my PayPal. I don't have much hope of a refund at this stage.

Open the doors to get the answers you need with Hypeddit support


It's frustrating when trying to get so much done when you are completing all tasks on your own as a independent artist/producer. It becomes so time consuming in trying to figure out required actions under different systems such as completing necessary actions in ads campaigns. Facebook Meta provided me with a suggestion to make changes with one of my Hypeddit ads campaign. The process to complete the change was not fully explained. After failing to make the suggested changes and spending valuable time figuring out why I could not make the change, I finally decided to contact my Hypeddit support section and explained my problem. Shortly afterward I received a response through email from the Hypeddit support section with detail explanation in how to resolve my issue. The support and solutions that I have received from ( support personnel JV) has been incredibly phenomenal. JV has assisted me with resolving several ads account campaign issues and is a true asset to his team and the Hypeddit platform. Thanks to the Hypeddit support section with all that they do and with a special thanks to JV for being such a professional! Keep up the great job and lets keep these ads moving. Thanks again guys.
