Honestly, Hyped Holidays has been the best travel agent we’ve worked with so far. We booked a 7-day tour to Malaysia and Singapore and the level of service and attention they provided was exceptional. Their customer service was highly professional and quick to resolve any issues we encountered. Would HIGHLY recommend them, but only if you want your holiday to be smooth, seamless, and trouble-free!

There are many travel agencies I've used in the past but I have not had the same hands on experience I receive from Hyped Holidays. It is nice to work with real people with real care instead of the robotic, monotonous service I have had elsewhere. From the first call or email I send out, it's streamlined, quick and efficient. They handle the paperwork, tickets, accommodation - all I do is give them a rough budget. Saves me a lot of time. They keep me updated and even call to check in to ensure all is well and send reminders. A lot of the time it has been urgent last minute travel but they are able to handle it well. Great services received, I'm glad I chose Hyped Holidays, pick up and drop off to the airport was very good, nice vehicles provided and very friendly local staffs, hotel room was amazing with a fantastic view and I had a wonderful break.
