I took a chance and ordered a Labubu…

I took a chance and ordered a Labubu for my daughter, unsure whether it would be genuine as there are so many fakes around. The doll arrived within a couple of days and was a genuine doll from Popmart. I was so happy with it that I placed an order for another doll. Highly recommend this company 🙂

Fake or real?

I wasn't sure if the company or the products were going to be real. I searched on trust pilot and there were many positive reviews. I was hesitant to purchase la bu bu key rings so i bought one to see if it was a real one. It arrived within two days of ordering. The company kept in contact during the whole process. I was extremely happy, therefore purchased another two la bu bu key rings. I had the same experience with this order. Amazing service and product. Thank you

Genuine Labubu

Firstly the items are genuine. So you can rest assured this is a genuine labubu or other item you are ordering. Secondly they turn delivery around really quickly. Highly recommend. So much so after delivery I bought a second labubu. Thanks Hype Locker for sourcing real Labubus

Genuine Labubu and speed delivery

Genuine Labubu and speed delivery. Had one issue that they only posted 2 when i ordered 3, sent an email and it was resolved quickly and I received the following day. Highly recommended.

Genuine Labubu

Genuine Labubu, my niece got the colour that she wanted from the blind box, which was an added bonus.
The delivery was super quick, I ordered in the evening and it had arrived the next morning.

Excellent …

I’ve purchased most my Labubu’s from Hype Locker Uk and all are top quality and authentic. You don’t get fakes but the real deal. Always swift delivery and always kept up to date with shipping. Great company and well trusted. Thank you for a great experience.

Delivery not paid in full?!

Everything was great apart from delivery! Arrived late as the sender did not pay the correct postage and I had to pay the remaining online via the post office!

It appears that this was a rare and isolated problem during Royal Mail’s handling process. Our parcels are well within the correct size and weight limits, and we’ve sent thousands without issue. We’ve since made a small change to our fulfilment process to help prevent this from happening again.
