Very expensive returns

The designs are very nice, but a lot of longleeves and sweatshirts come in One Size, and the sleeves were too short for me (I'm 175cm). I had to return the sweatshirt and pay 8 euros for the return, which is a ridiculous amount. Because of this, I don't think I will order from them again.

Regarding the return costs: these are clearly stated on our website and in the return process. We understand this can feel frustrating when an item doesn’t fit. As an alternative, you can choose a store credit, in which case the return costs are not charged.
