I have ordered 2 pairs of jeans. Both have ripped in multiple locations within a few months of wearing. I first sent them a couple of messages on instagram that they ignored. I then messaged them on their website and their only effort to "make it right" was to offer me 20% off my next purchase. Why on earth would I take that? They think I'd rather throw away $64 than $80? When I messaged them about it they told me it was outside their return window to which I then pointed them to the messages I sent them that they ignored and they refused to respond to me after that despite multiple attempts from me. I've never left a review before now. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Horrific quality and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered wax denim jeans for 85$ +12$ shipping. I have ordered previously and the jeans were good but like every other company that slacks these were twice my size is fine I returned to only find out that I have to ship back to the company out of pocket 27$ they prefer signature and when I get my refund I get 85$ so just for even trying them out I lose 40$ they are horrible and will not last long stay away.

£55 and 3 wears and the jeans have fallen apart.
The quality is shocking. Dont bother.
Find some other brand.

I recently experienced a significant delay with an online denim jeans order. After requesting to cancel the order, I received an email confirming the cancellation and instructing me to expect a second email. However, three weeks after placing the initial order, I was surprised to receive a shipping notification. This lack of communication and disregard for customer requests has left me dissatisfied. Additionally, I will now incur return shipping costs due to the lack of customer in their customer satisfaction. The occurrence of the situation could have been prevented if there was proper communication regarding the delay in my order. I comprehend the inevitability of unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Horrible Customer Service - Because there is NONE!

I recently purchased not 1 but 2 pair of pants from Hyper Denim - 1st order slim joggers. (which came with pretty decent quality for the price). 2nd order was Hype denim's Drop Crotch joggers.(placed after receiving the 1st order) -Ordered both in 2XL.

When the 2nd order arrived the pants were Basically the same as the Slim Joggers, there is no "drop crotch" design and the only difference is the 2nd order was significantly baggier then the first order (again - both orders size 2XL) I emailed Hyperdenim right away in an attempt to exchange the baggier pair. Waited a full week, No reply. Emailed Again ... No Reply! its now been 25 days and I have not heard back. so I just took the loss.
Pros - Pants are with decent quality and shipping is received within a week.

This company is a fast fashion money grab. I'm embarrassed that I was duped by them.

I was excited to try out their joggers, but the quality and fit of their product turned out to be horrendous. The fabric was terrible, the stitching didn't feel complete, and the sizing is obscure. If Zanerobe is Disneyland then Hyper Denim is a bounce house on the side of the highway.

They also purposefully hid that their return policy for Black Friday as only in-store credit vs their normal return policy. While this is a normal practice, I've never not seen this stated next to the sale and at checkout when shopping from other brands.

When chatting with customer service they sent me the same copy / paste answer multiple times. Zero humanity.

If I can save just a couple people from shopping here, then the 5 minutes I've spent here is worth it.

Please stay away!

First, I ordered a pair of the their cool cargo jogger pants and I never received the item and hyper denim refused to send another pair then I ordered them again and they didn’t fit so I returned them and they didn’t refund me!

I mean, this guys understands what we like, the styles and how their clothing fits is 10/10, besides, customer service is super profesional and friendly, they truly give you a hand if you have a problem.

Consistently great products, I have bought 3 pairs of jeans, a jacket, and sweatpants. All fit perfectly and consistently get compliments!

Ordered on Sunday. Received product 4 days later. Excellent product for the amount spent on it. Shipping department put wrong address on shipping label and went to a house a half mile away. Lucky for me I was able to retrieve the package. Emailed the company and got no where. Personally, instead of emailing. I would have preferred to have dealt with a person on a phone call. But they do not have a phone number. Guess its easier to deal with customers via email then phone :-(.

They helped me on my sizing and they answer on your email quickly really good costumer service. Also I got my order within 4 days and when i got my jeans from them it fits perfectly and the quality is so good. Tips for sizing : i ordered Lt.blue track zipper jeans size 30 im 5'7 and 150pounds✌️.

A pleasure to deal with. I ordered a pair of jeans quite a while ago now (a year ish.) They arrived on the set date and there were no delays.
the pant them selves fit like a glove and are great quality, even now a year later they feel and look as new. 10/10 👌🏻 very nice

Really great customer service! Actually left one of the very few or only bad review you will find in my own error due to me trying to place an order off my phone. They got back to me first thing is the morning (California time) and guided me through step by step on how to place my order. Felt like carp for leaving that especially since they were so great to deal with. So just a heads up for anyone that reads a bad review about horrible customer service about them. Oops my bad... It was out of my own stupidity. I will definitely continue to shop with hyper denim. They had exactly what I was looking for!!!

I have an unacceptable experience with customer service regarding a refund. I do not recommend.

I have bought from there twice. I ordered a pair of pants friday, and got them on monday (in Denmark) even though it said 7-10 days. They have always been quick to respond to any inquiry.
