I really love the shirts as did my team. It was a hit on our company's social media as well and we have plenty of customers that want one.

That being said I am bothered that I paid for shipping on each individual shirt for you to ship it all in one bag and make bank on the extra shipping costs you charged me.

I was searching for a cool shirt, and haven't found one somewhere else, maybe it's out of fashion, but found it here, and it was delivered on time.

Your shirt style and quality is good but just you guy don’t except exchange that is a turn down. I shirt that I got is too small in some other brand this size would fit me but not yours so now I have to keep the shirts that I can’t wear

The golf shirts we received are good quality & look like the picture - the only reason I didn't give a a perfect rating is because the tracking was hard to find and keep track of. We didn't know when the shirts would arrive.

I ordered a shirt for my husband. It was a little smaller than his normal same size polo shirts. I emailed and got a fast response and a replacement shirt due to the size being incorrect. They were very easy to contact and fast response time.

First off not a hate review this is a frustration with internet shopping. i have been wearing large shirts for the majority of my adult life so i ordered 2 custom golf polos it took a total of 3wks which is pretty bad ok not the issue finally received shirts yesterday put them on and went right to the scale. nope weight has not changed looked in the mirror did i get man boobs nope still average laid one of my new callaway polos down put this one on top what a shock these shirts were a medium pretending to be a large or these are meant for large Asians because they are not meant for average or slighltly bigger than average americans so now i am out 92 bucks and shirts that dont fit and no one getting back to me about an exchange. Just tired of why we were in a hurry to give up going to a store so we could wait a month or more for 2 shirts.

I ordered a shirt as a birthday gift. The shipping notice was posted more than a week ago but when you click on the link it shows item has yet to be received by the shipping service. When I contacted Hyperfavor for an updated...no response. And there's no way to talk to a live person. How did this company get a 4.4 on TrustPilot?

Product was what I ordered. And it was received on the date promised.

I bought a batch of custom Hawaiian shirts from Hyperfavor. The response of work was crazy--they loved them. So I ordered a second, even larger, batch for out-of-office employees and even some vendors. Now I'm going to order another batch with a different logo for personal use.
Also--the customer support was awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
