Spot on! Couldn’t be happier.
I ordered 8 x 1.5m carbon fibre tubes. Excellent delivery times, great packaging and I’m super happy with the quality of them. They were by far the best price I could find online from the Uk. Highly recommended. Cheers

Business that does not keep its' word doesn't deserve any business
Website states quoted shipping rates are accurate, and there is no need to confirm the rates with them. So imagine my surprise when after I paid my order, Neil tells me I need to add 6 dollars to cover shipping.
I told them what they wrote on their website and was told never to buy from them again.
If a business can't keep its' words, I would not trust them with my money.

Actually we asked for an extra payment to cover expedited shipping, we didn't demand it. When the customer declined we sent the parcel by FedEx anyway, and he received in Singapore just 3 days later, on the day he posted this review. So we did keep our word and we did provide exceptional service.

Hyperflight !!!, I have nothing but admiration for the constant Customer Satifaction and support that Neil provides. He goes out of his way to support the RC pilots with any request that comes his way and is extremely forthcoming in trying to find solutions and thinking out of the box to provide us the best service. It is impossible to please all and am saddened to read a bad review on this site as I personally and know of many others who are very appreciative. Keep doing the things you do Neil, the FC pilots thank you and look forward to many more years of co-operation.

I am sorry I did not give you the advice you needed Christopher. I had a cataract operation 2 weeks ago and have been operating one-eyed since, which has been affecting me. I have the second eye op later today. Please phone again next week and I will do my best to answer your questions.
