I was a customer with them for years

I was a customer with them for years, and had a substantial pre-paid credit on my account. February 2025 they went silent, and we had no service for months (although they still kept debiting my account). Once they started answering the calls, & heat tickets they went radio silent again when I told them I wanted to cancel my service with them. THE STILL HAVE MY MONEY. This company is a bunch or FRAUDSTERS. -Beware

This deserves a Zero

This deserves a Zero, company is a scam. They use a Verizon home Internet as their main upstream provider. They illegally sell a starlink service called fusionlink that bridges starlink with their service. In return for the weeks/months their service doesn't work they still bill their customers who are solely using starlink as their only working internet service. They ghost their clients for weeks or months. They will continue to bill you months after putting in a cancellation service request.

Beware bad customer service Hyper…

We have been having an issue with Hyper Fusion not canceling our service. We canceled in February and they have yet to stop our service and continue to bill us. They also have not picked up their equipment. Which I would like for them to come get. I have proof of all my messages and their 2 response I wish I could post them all on here. Also they claim to be "Best Internet Provider" 3 years running by locals and BBB Accredited. But BBB doesn’t This company is ridiculous!!!

Horrible company they lie constantly

These people are crooks they tried to charge $1374 for early termination on a contract, I never signed and for not returning the equipment that they never attempted to even come pick up they told me they came and did things on my house which they didn’t and I have camera footage to prove it. They also brought up something that happened in my personal life when trying to talk to them about a bill people are unprofessional And unethical do not do business with them And they also change the bill multiple times in one day on multiple occasions

HFT - loyal, reliable, and family owned

Been through thick and thin with HFT, since first getting their Basic Value Wireless back in 2018. They hooked me up with fiber in 2020, in an area where cellular service is spotty at best, and the only other Internet option is satellite. They've had their ups and downs over the past 5 years, and I stuck through it, even volunteering my own time and experience in the business to aid their efforts to bring reliable Internet service to the rural areas of Central Texas.
They are a small, woman/family owned business. With a small crew of less than 20 (often less than 10), they service a couple hundred subscribers. Working the industry since my days in the Navy, I am amazed at how well their service works considering the normal reliability of LoS service.
Some may complain when service goes down, or when it takes a like longer than they like to get replies to their concerns. I always remember how many employees they have when it takes longer than normal, and just use the ticketing system to it's fullest, posting to ask for updates on any open ticket in the system. It's the best way to communicate outside the chat system they also have in place.
Looking forward to watching them rise above any issues that come their way, as I've been through my years as a loyal subscriber.

HFY internet works great at our house.

HFT internet service has been great for us. It is fast enough to stream all the TV we watch and it’s very reliable, especially considering it is wireless broadband and high winds and sometimes heavy rain can cause blips in the service. But those are rare for us. They are a small company and have struggled to find reliable help, so sometimes response times may be delayed. However I have had service with big ISP's in urban areas, and it’s at least 2 weeks to get a service call. Overall we have been happy with Hyper Fusion and wish them continued success.

Best Rural Internet in Yexas!

Hyper Fusion is the best Rural Internet in Texas. I have over paid for the other guys to come in and never get the speeds they promised. Hyper Fusion may be rough around the edges, but once you're up and working, you won't be sorry. Thank you Hyper Fusion!!
