Feels like a scam. No support. Part of the paid service does not work (shows errors). Contact details on website are of another business that had no idea why I was calling.

This is scam
I paid for the service and it didn't work even for a second... There is an error the whole time blocking my dashboard and also there is no support from the website.

Zero support
Zero support. It's unfortunate because it would take them just a little more to provide a top rated service but at this moment there are many issues:
- 0 support
- help is not consisten with interface
- there are some error messages that are not explained
- sometimes it stops for no reason and you need to restart the sesrvice from the dashboard
It would take them almost 0 effort to make it better but it looks like they are not willing to do so.
