The product itself is of very high quality. The battery life has been really good, but lost charger in my son's use. I contacted customer service to ask about an accessory charger they have on sale, about its suitability for the Hypervolt Go. I received a quick reply, practically the same day and got my issue resolved at once.
Had a problem with a Venom shoulder device. I contacted the support team and they replaced it by the new Venom schoulder 2. I was happy to receive it the day after!
The battery of my Hypervolt didn't charge anymore. I couldn't find a spare battery so I contacted Hyperice and immediately I got a message from Dian - customer service Hyperice. As they don't have the spare battery's either, she offered me a total new Hypervolt... wow! The brand new Hypervolt arrived yesterday. I'm very happy and more than satisfied with this magnificent offer and solution. Thank you very much for the best service ever :-)
