I've been waiting for my order for over a month now. Last tracking update was a month ago when package supposedly left China! China, really! There was no mention on website that this would be shipping from China! I have contacted customer service several times requesting a refund and have received replies full of excuses. Ripoff big time here!

I've been waiting for my order for over a month!
I ordered (2) glasses on 2/14...I checked the tracking shipment link provided periodically and there was no information available. It was not until I reached out to the Hyperion on 3/7 when I received another link to track my shipment...That link did not show any movement until 3/12...I was told that I should expect my order between 3/12 and 3/20. It is not 25 working days and counting. I am starting to think that I will never get my product and this may be a scam.

I recently purchased the 'waist shaper butt lift' pants, which state they are a 'free size' what came was a TINY pair of knickers, I am only a UK size 10-12 yet they would not even go over my leg! PLEASE AVIOD THIS WEBSITE! The video the lay posted on instrgram of very large women using the product is clearly fake they knickers are not long enough to go over any stomach when stretched and my size 8 cousin couldn't even get them up her legs!
