BEWARE - PRODUCT WARRANTIES ARE VOID!!!
We bought a pair of UGGs less than 12 months ago and they have recently torn. When we enquired about the UGG 12 month warranty, Hypesupplyuk told us that the UGG warranty does not apply because they are a reselling site (see an extract of their response below).
In summary.
Buy from official distributor = you have 12m warranty.
Buy from Hypesupplyuk = NO WARRANTY!

“However, as per the Terms of Service, as a resell store, outlined on our website, all products sold by HypeSupplyUK are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of durability or fitness beyond the scope of the product’s description”

I honestly don't leave many reviews but feel in this case I have to... Im pleasantly surprised by the order I received. I have the feeling this company is very small and a start up which is why I felt customer service was bit... off? slow? Just wasn't what I was used to, but after 48hrs of ordering my parcel arrived with the exact order and I'm honestly over the moon. Im all for supporting small businesses so I will be ordering again. Honestly very happy.

DREADFUL RETURN POLICY
I ordered a pair of adidas trainers from this site. They were delivered within a few days. However they did not fit I put in a return request, over 24hrs later they got back to me offering a bigger size in exchange. I declined the offer as it was the width that was the problem. I asked for a refund. I did not hear back from them. Another 24hrs later I emailed customer services to arrange the refund and I am still waiting, another 24hrs later. I have been trying to return these trainers now for 4 days. It is starting to look like I am stuck with a £144 pair of trainers that do not fit. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
