Very rude customer service in the middle of my chat they just end it so I can’t get the information I requested. They cancelled my order because they thought I did a charge back but I didn’t,I asked several times in chat and what’s app to send me a email confirmation they haven’t of my refund that’s been pending for 2 days now and they just won’t email it.They just close the chat .So we’ll see how long it takes them to credit back my card because my bank says they haven’t fully processed it. This company is the worst. China needs to get it together and actually have customer service .

Wow!!!! Response time is literally less than 5 minutes. They really care about the product and detail on every peace aspect of the clothes and shoes. When they say 99% merge to detail its true. ITS AS LEGIT, AS IT POSSIBLE could be!!! Save your money and buy from them. Just be patient, when ordering, it takes 48 hours after purchase to get a tracking number. The reason is they inspect the item for irregular defects before shipping.

Took forever to process refund. I was told they would 3 times over 3 days refund would come soon all with different excuses. Finally refunded when I posted a negative review. Updated review from 1 star to 3 stars because they did finally refund.
